This nose is fun! Crisp pears and kefir. Ramune lactic soda. Sweet light fruit and florality silky in the mouth

A little nuts and stewed pineapple you can imagine holiday spices. Solid medium body versatile could use some good makes me want chicken

Almost a sherry like almost oxidative nose a little sour a little nutty a little grainey. Medium almost robust palate would be nice with savory foods grilled meats stews etc

Playful nose fruity and floral with a little yogurt apple. Lightish on the palate apple yogurt smacks

Initially a bit of a funky nose blows off a bit definitely still sour with some soft floral back notes plus a bit of toasted rice. Medium with longish finish slightly warmed apple notes with a bit of yogurt and bitter almost smoked finish

A Very good Junmai sake.!Soft, rounded, light, smooth. Brewed in USA with Nevada Valley water.

Very tasty stuff, acidic and bold with a smooth finish. Pear, cherry, chocolate, pecan, butterscotch.
Itโs fruity at first but then quickly dives into a rich and slightly bitter chocolate cherry flavour, and finishes with an earthy nuttiness.
Thereโs a little bit of acidity initially, along with some sweetness, semi-strong bitterness, and dry finish.
Not quite what I was expecting, but flavourful and interesting.
