It's been a while since I've had this sake, but it's always good (*´◒`*). It has a slightly sweet aroma and a refreshing taste. The well-balanced acidity and umami spread to the mouth like a jewel... I bought it in a bottle, but it will soon be over (o^^o)

Sagamitanada is my favorite sake and I drink it often. Especially, this special dry Junmai is the best one (^^)... It has a crisp mouthfeel, and unlike Danrei, even though it is dry, it has a fresh flavor that spreads to the palate.

I bought it when I went to Kakitagawa in Mishima City, Shizuoka. I thought it was Shizuoka sake, but the brewer seems to be Niigata (^^) It has a good mouthfeel and is easy to drink without any peculiarities.
