This is this year's new sake♪ It is made from Gohyakumangoku sake rice.
It is fruity and easy to drink, yet full-bodied and umami, with the sweetness of rice. It is very delicious.
As the first Junmai Daiginjo of the year, the sake is freshly squeezed at midnight and the sake shop goes to stock it that morning so you can drink it freshly made!
We purchased this sake at Yokouchi Sake Shop in Kita-Urawa!
It is fresh, fruity, very drinkable and delicious.
It is fresh, fruity, and acidic, and as you drink it, the cakes become darker at the bottom and have a richness that is typical of sake. It is delicious.
First time, excuse me 🤲.
Hahayo, it's delicious 🤤 isn't it ‼️
Last year's Gohyakumangoku was also 👌🤤.
I'm grateful to be able to buy a bottle this year 🙏🙏🙏🙏.
It is very difficult to purchase rare sake!
There happened to be a four-pack and a one-pack available, so I immediately bought the one-pack. I was so glad I did 🤤.
Fumigiku Sake Brewery in Toyama. Fumigiku brews sake throughout the year. The air-conditioning system allows for low-temperature control unaffected by outside temperatures, which allows for the same sake brewing and rice management as in winter, and allows for year-round fresh sake.
