I bought it at a liquor store in Aizu. I heard that it won an award in this category at the National Sake Competition, so I wanted to try it. It has a nice sweetness to it. And yet, it goes well with meals. I want to drink it forever.
They also bought a sake cup made of Aizu lacquer ware.
It's sooo easy to get into and goes with the meal. It's delicious.
Tomorrow, September 27th, from 10:15 AM on NHK Sogo, there will be a program about a teacher who supports sake in Fukushima. I'm going to record it and watch it.
The label says "Eau du Desir" (Water of Hope) and suggests drinking it in a wine glass. If you listen to the explanation and drink it, you'll feel like it's really wine. It's strange that you feel like you're drinking wine. It seems to have been made with foreign countries in mind, and the label seems to be well received overseas. We had it with sushi.
I've been curious about Gakki Masamune for a while, and this was my first time drinking it.
I was told that it's amazing that the Honjozo can produce this aroma.
It has a fruity flavour, if you ask me.
It goes well with food and is delicious❤️.
I'm learning a lot.
I enjoyed the souvenir of Momiji pickles and Fukushima.
It was even sweeter than the Junmai Ginjo we drank the other day, and at 16 degrees, it was a solid drink. We served it with grilled hamo (pike) from Yamaguchi with plum paste. Even though it is still hot, when the season starts to feel a little bit like autumn, you can feel the taste of a thick sake.
The moment I drank it, my impression was that it was firm, full, and sweet. Then a hint of melon in the nose. Finally, there is a slight tingle on the tongue.
The dish I paired it with was Ryoma Tataki (bonito) with salt.
The happiness spread.
The alcohol content is low at 14 degrees, so it's easy to drink. But the aroma is strong. It seems to go well with any kind of food. Today I had it with grilled sea bream.
I also like the jacket very much.
When I opened it, I thought it was pretty fizzy? I thought it was, but when I drank it, it was a nice light fizz. It smells like melon and is a little sweet. I paired it with an eel bowl. It was delicious. The jacket and the taste are linked. Cute ❤️
It's a Junmai Daiginjo sake made with ingredients produced in Fukui Prefecture, and it's only available in Fukui.
The aroma is crisp and somewhat peachy. It has a peachy aroma.
As soon as I drank it, I could smell the muscat aroma. It's also delicious!
The other day, I drank a bottle of Junmai Shaku for the first time, and it was so shocking that it made a bigger impression on me than this one.
I want to drink this and Momiji-zuke forever.
It's been a while since I've had a Kuroryu Spring Shibori, and it's very crisp and delicious. The design of the crown is also renewed. Personally, I like the old design...
