The label says "Eau du Desir" (Water of Hope) and suggests drinking it in a wine glass. If you listen to the explanation and drink it, you'll feel like it's really wine. It's strange that you feel like you're drinking wine. It seems to have been made with foreign countries in mind, and the label seems to be well received overseas. We had it with sushi.
