Today we have an opening 😆. I'm already drunk, so just wow what I feel. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and juicy with a beautiful sour fade out👌no bitterness 😆👍 I'm worried about getting my wife to buy me sake, but I'll build up my daily efforts to get her to buy it for me: ‼️ and I'm just going to do what I do every month. Not that there was anything to celebrate. I'll have a Kaiun celebration drink: ❗️ I want to drink it regularly 😊. I saw this at a liquor store I frequent. I've never had a fresh celebration sake 🤔. The aroma is a hint of blue melon 🍈. It has a strong sweetness and a bit of bitterness. It's a honjozo, so it has an alcoholic taste, but I don't dislike it. I don't dislike it ❗️ It's thick and has a very strong taste, but it's not hard to drink. It's not hard to drink and it's delicious 😊. It's the type that doesn't choose what to eat👍
