Not too sweet, and the taste disappears quickly from the mouth.
I was told by the sake shop that sake from Tottori and Shimane might not be my favorite type of sake, but it was easy to drink.
It's possible that it's easy to drink because it's a combination of saké and nigori (light nigori).
I'd like to try others!
