I have not been drinking at home this summer due to summer festival events at my favorite restaurants. 😹.
My inventory is growing. 😭
The first upload in a while is Hatsuroroku, which is my guess.
It is brewed with Yamadanishiki from Hida and a new yeast, Association Ka8 yeast.
It has a gentle sweetness and freshness. It is a reasonably priced daiginjo that can be drunk smoothly. 😋😋😋😋
