Gifu Sake Festival in Osaka (19) The "Hatsuroroku" booth. I drank Hatsugoroku at an event before, but I don't remember much about it because I drank it towards the end of the event. Hatsugoroku Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu. When I drank it before, I wrote that it was minerally and lackluster, but this time, I found it to be extremely fruity and sweet-tasting. The taste is very fruity, sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is refreshing. At the Japanese Sake Festival, he came with his second daughter and third daughter, but this time he came with his second daughter and the toji (master brewer).

Store Drinking. There was a 🟢first green🟢 I wanted to drink, so I ordered it. The color is slightly yellowish🟡. Smell is sweet flavor. The taste is a firm green apple🍏 type sweetness. A slight sourness can be detected. The throat is mild and moist. The sweetness and bitterness linger on the palate. The sake was richer than I had imagined 😊.

Gifu Sake Festival in Osaka (19) The first green, which I don't remember much from the last year's Japanese Sake Festival. I kept notes this time 😁. I drank Hatsuroroku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Polishing ratio 50%, Yamadanishiki, Sake degree 0 This is the one that Yucachin-san said resembles Shinshu Kamerei. It is sweet and fruity, and it certainly resembles Shinshu Kamerei 🤔. I like the fact that it's made with Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, and priced in the 1600 yen range (tax not included)!

Sometimes, I find Shinshu Kamerei in the stores I go to. However, it is very difficult to get it when it becomes so popular. The owner of the store told me, "If you like Shinshu Kamerei, there is another one with a similar taste! The owner recommended this sake to me: 💁‍♀️ "Hatsugoroku" 👀. Oh, it really is similar to ‼️. It went well with soba noodles! I recommend it to Shinshu Kamerei lovers!
