I met the chrysanthemum other than Mr. Fukurokuju...
All the entrée is gone, although there is a little edamame left 🫛!

Alcohol content: 14%.
みきっきSagabiyori" is an edible rice variety that took the Saga Prefectural Agricultural Experiment and Research Center 10 years to develop in search of a new variety that could handle the harsh summer temperatures.
It was found to be suitable for sake brewing, and "Snow Crescent SAGABIYORI" was born!
The fine gasiness and refreshing bitterness of young green citrus fruits. The umami derived from the rice spreads lightly.
The gentle lactic acidity from the light nigori gives roundness to the flavor, increasing the umami and creating a delicious balance. The finish is a harmony of freshness and softness.
Alcohol 14%.
Sake meter degree -1.5
Rice used: 100% Sagabiyori
Rice polishing ratio
Sake Brewer: Koueikiku Shuzo / Saga Prefecture
しまっち🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴
Pitchy and fresh mouthfeel
Pleasant acidity and sweetness
Slightly bitter aftertaste
Taste like a grapefruit sour, you can drink it in large gulps!
みきっきA unique brewery was born in Saga. The brewery was started by two people from different industries, a former TV director and a former TV station employee, working together with Touji Yamamoto. Yamamoto was also the toji of Kikutaka, the famous Japanese sake brewer.
Koei-Kiku Brewery is located in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture.
The fresh fruitiness that is characteristic of Koeihiku and the mild acidity derived from natural lactic acid brewing give it a pleasant mouthfeel. It is more acidic than last year and drier through the finish.
Interestingly, the flavor opens up as the bottle is aged after being uncorked.
(Sake rice: domestic rice/polishing ratio: not disclosed/alcohol level: 15%, undiluted)
kojickThis is the third consecutive year I'm drinking 🍊 twilight orange 🍊.
The other day, when I went to buy some Snoclet Yuuzan Nishiki
I brought it home with me.
When I opened the bottle, the citrusy
Aroma 🎶.
The sweet, sour and bitter taste is still there✨.
This year, I can feel more sweetness.
It's like a fully ripe orange 👍

ジェイ&ノビィGood evening kojick😃.
We also gave you three consecutive seasons of Turtle Sea Cicadas 😄 we will also be going with three consecutive seasons of Dusk Orange 🍊 without omission🤗Korekore! I know, right? ‼️ I'm going to buy it this week...

kojickGood evening, Jay & Nobby😊.
Turtle Sea Semishigure, one of my favorites too!
I knew you would repeat your favorite sake!
Narasake saruThis is a very unique sake, which tastes like oranges. This could be because of yeast or polishing ratio of rice grains but I felt another possibility of sake rice grains when I tried this sake.
MAJMy wife came to Tokyo, so yesterday we went to Asakusa for the first time in a while.
Enjoyed warabimochi, taiyaki, takaimo, and lunchtime drinking.
Especially the takaimo at Chiba-ya is as good as ever 😋.
I also went to a liquor store. Just for the sake of it. I was in a good mood after getting a bottle of Mikotsuru.
I was in a good mood after getting Mikotsuru, but I was in an even better mood after getting 10 red eggs for 200 yen each at an open-air grocery store 😆👍.
Now, I drank Anaguri, as I have done in the past....
I don't have to tell you, the collaboration of clear sweetness, refreshing acidity and accompanying bitterness is a great taste 😋😋.
It's my sake of choice, right?
Of course it's delicious!
Next, the shipment of the Yuyamanishiki version of Snoqualmie has started, so I'm going to run to get it!

さけランGood evening MAJ 👋.
Has it already been a year since you moved there?
I'm sure you are worried about the Fukuoka branch of SAKEWA since you have moved to the Tokyo metropolitan area and have lost your main staff one after another😇?
Japanese>English
MAJHello, sake orchid! 😄
It's been a year since I was transferred in April. It's really fast........ 😱The Fukuoka branch is safe and sound as we are doing "sakekatsu" everyday 😆👍.
MAJHi Jay & Nobby! Hi Jay and Nobby 😄
The year in Tokyo really flew by! But it's no good because I'm always busy with work. 😂.
Sunburst was released in July I believe 🤔.
J154th bottle
🍊Twilight orange🌇.
I knew I could drink anything, delicious honored chrysanthemum ‼️
The aroma is strong, the taste is rich and very satisfying 😋.
It's called orange but it's juicy like pink grapefruit and the bitter aftertaste is crisp and refreshing in the mouth.
ひったまーHere's one for tonight!
My wife's favorite "Koei Kiku".
This is a brand new to me.
The bottle is opened immediately... sweetness and bitterness with a hint of lactic acidity. Then, take a sip... The balance of sweetness and bitterness is very pleasant... The orange label is also understandable... My wife is a big fan of the low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius....
No, it's delicious.
4 stars

Thanks also for the congratulatory words after 😭
にっちゃんHe is a very calm type of Kouei Chrysanthemum.
It is not so fruity or gorgeous, but has a moderate bitterness that makes it sharp.
It seems to go well with a variety of foods.
