This is my first sake from Ikedaya Sake Brewery. It has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees. It didn't smell so much before drinking, but it was acidic and tingling. After drinking it, there was some kind of fluffy aroma that passed through my nose: ❗️
I think I would get drunk if I drank it in small gulps, so I drank it in small gulps.
