☆☆☆☆☆ Five breweries managed to conquer. Compared to the previous Honjozo, it seems to have a little bit of a peculiar taste. It also has a slight sourness that I had not felt before. The sourness is not the same as the fresh fruity sourness that is so popular today. According to the store we visited this time, Kenshin is the most popular drink in Itoigawa. However, according to the area, people in Nechi drink Otokoyama, while those in Hayakawa drink Tsukifumi no Ike. Kaga-no-i has a history just like the name Kaga. Interesting.

☆☆☆☆☆ The most old-fashioned impression of sake I've ever had. It's not a refreshingly light and light sake. It has a slightly aged feel. It's a bit too much sake for the food, so it's a waste if you're traveling and pairing it with local cuisine, but it's not bad.

☆☆☆☆☆ It is crisp and dry. It's refreshing, but it's interesting that it's a little different from the refreshingness of the honjozo that we just had. However, Itoigawa Gozo ≒ Gogo. Can we conquer it? I have to be back by 10:00 tomorrow.

☆☆☆☆☆ Bullet to Itoigawa to eat anglerfish hot pot. So, local sake. The first one is Yukitsuru. The aroma is like a strong sake, but it is easy to drink. It is not light and dry, but slightly sweet. I think it is good.
