Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 15%.
It is a junmai sake with a subtle fruity aroma, which is probably due to the rice used in the brewing process.
Although it is a pure sake, it does not have much carbonation, and although it is a pure sake, it is 15% ALC, so it is refreshing and crisp and you will not get tired of drinking it 😋.
I decided to buy two sakes to drink at the inn: Junmai Ginjo Kisekirei, which was included in the set and Junmai Ginjo Daisetsukei, which was not included in the set 🤗.

It has a gorgeous aroma - and very fruity. It is a popular sake brewery at my favorite liquor store. It is not a food sake, but a sake to be savored on its own. ‼️

Shigaizumi Shuzo, One Drop Two Drops Special Junmai. Balance of sweetness and aroma. Celebration! The National High School Ekiden, both men's and women's high schools in Shinshu won the championship! So we had a toast to celebrate. Only half of the sake bottle was left, but we finished it. I have only visited Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, so I hope to encounter new brands again!

The sake is made from Yamae-nishiki.
Made with Yamae-Nishiki. It has a fruity, sweet, and strong flavor. The aftertaste is slightly gentle. It is also delicious.
Ichijiru Nidorigiri Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo.
Made with Yamadanishiki. The sweetness and bitterness are assertive and delicious. Aromatic sweet taste.
I would like to try Shigaizumi as well, since I liked both Ichidashitodrop Nidrop.

We've been standing around drinking for over 2 hours now (lol).
It's quiet inside the restaurant because there are no customers at all, probably due to the Olympics. I'm happy though 😆.
We decided to close the bar after 2 hours and a half of standing drinking after drinking our usual Seki, and I ordered 🍊Mikan no Doburoku,
I ordered 🍊, but he strongly recommended 🍊, saying "I definitely prefer this one.
I asked for 🍊, but they strongly recommended "this one is definitely better", so I went with this one.
