This sake is made in a small sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture. I was attracted by the label design and the name. The aroma is very nice even though it is a special junmai because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The taste is clean and easy to drink, so it goes well with meals, and you won't get tired of drinking it even if you drink it every day.
