I made the painful mistake of forgetting the sake cup... You can't measure the true value of a drink by drinking it straight from the bottle 🙄.
Melon Ginka🍈 It's a sweet and sour sake that is easy to understand, but not sluggish. No gasiness or anything like that.
I'll have to revisit this one with a glass of wine...
By the way, Kanzuma was not good for trains only... I didn't know it had to be boiled in hot water...

This one is my favorite among the Yuki no Mayu! (Nama-shu) Yamadanishiki character comes out, gentle sweetness and a little bitterness tighten the taste, and the aftertaste is light.

But overall, it was clean, well-balanced and easy to drink 😋.
Since it is a draft sake, it has a sweet aroma reminiscent of pears and lychees, and the acidity tightens the aftertaste.
At first, the sweetness is fluffy in the mouth.
