SeigoThere are a lot of things I've never had, but I always end up buying the ones I've had in the past. This one is delicious and I am sure I like it, so after much deliberation at the liquor store, I gave in to temptation and bought it again because it is inexpensive. Lightly cloudy, fresh and juicy, with a slight vanilla flavor, and no bitterness. It's still delicious. ‼️ This taste is too good for the cost😌.

misamisaoThe second bottle is brewed forest. I remember how good it tasted when I drank it at my parents' house, so I bought it as a repeat purchase 🍶. The aroma is sour, but not that strong. It is slightly cloudy and has a spicy and umami taste with a burst of acidity in the mouth. It has a hint of white wine, but it is not that astringent. It's been a while since I've opened a second bottle 💦. Delicious✨

いーじーPurchased at a liquor store. This is the first time for the popular modern brewer's forest. Cold sake. Juicy aroma like pear. It has a gaseous, very fresh, light finish characteristic of Niigata sake. People who like Sancho, Juhachimori, etc. may like it. Recommended as an aperitif. Recommended for sake beginners.

HIIROThe first thing I felt was a moderate acidity, followed by a pineapple-like sweetness that slowly spread out. I didn't know it was actually a light nigori, so I drank more than half of it without mixing it with other ingredients. It was a good taste.
