August: A booth selling Oita's specialties was open for a limited time at KITTE for a limited time, and I tasted and bought it.
There were two other sake brands, Houjun and Yatsuka!
I chose Kira Shuzo's sake, which was completely new to me!
The regular brand is called Tansei!
I thought no one I follow drank it, but then I was surprised to see koge2 drinking it!
It's 8 degrees alcohol by volume and has a sake level of -70😳.
It's sweet and sour, almost like a noble rotten wine without the sake feel.
The acidity is so strong that it might be more like plums than peaches.
There is a place in KITTE where antenna stores come in different months, and I bought it at the time of the Nagoya City antenna store.
I really wanted the Junmai Ginjo, but it was sold out, so I bought this one.
Matsuchiyo-san used to drink this sake.
I thought it was going to be a classic, but it had a citrusy fruity taste that was a letdown in a good way.
It says it's supposed to be lukewarm, but it's totally fine as a cold sake. I'd love to try some of the other specs, like the raw sake.
Good evening bouken🍶.
I drank it at Otake's in Sakae and it was not fruity 🤔.
I don't know if it was opened too long or if this year's production is better 🙄.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo.
The basic taste doesn't change much whether opened or after some time, so I guess it's the original taste 🤔.
I have the impression that the fruity taste decreases with time 😅.
