First time drinking Taiheizan The sake also has the aroma of rice. The taste is quite sweet, with a hint of sourness and bitterness, with a touch of umami. Easy to drink and delicious!

The sake is from the famous Taiheizan sake brewery in Japan. I happened to find it at a directly managed store in Yotsuya. The sake has the taste of the raw sake. I was impressed by the petite pieces of grouper.

While enveloped in a gorgeous ginjo aroma, it gives the impression of being juicy and dry with a soft mouthfeel when placed on the tongue. The rice flavor spreads smoothly with a hint of sweetness, and leaves a definite aftertaste with an exquisite bitterness.

This is a set of two bottles that I received. Since we went through the trouble, we compared the two bottles. Is it a little spicier than Junmai Daiginjo? But the sake degree is the same +2.0. Hmmm, stupid tongue. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink like water. According to the website, it is "a type of sake that has an even brighter rice-derived flavor when heated to human body temperature. I wanted to know more about that aspect of it, but one gou was too little to do so.

This is a set of two bottles that I received. Since I went to the trouble, I compared the two bottles. First, this one. It is recommended by Masaru Takahashi, an artist from Akita Prefecture. It has a nice sweetness and acidity, and is very easy to drink. By the way, the sake degree is +2.0. Yum!

Taiheizan is the best sake brewery in the world The nearest sake brewery from my parents' house When I went home for GW, I got sake from my parents, but they don't drink sake at home. It would have been tough if it had brewer's alcohol in it, but it was Junmai Ginjo! No, I always drink it in Yongo bottles, but a bottle of sake is hard to drink... It seems to be polished to 55%. The color is a little yellowish. It's a bit on the dry side. Maybe it's because it's a draft sake, but it has a surprisingly sour taste. I underestimated it because it's a sake brewery near my parents' house and it's not at a premium, but it's good! I haven't seen Taiheizan at any izakaya in Sendai... Personally, I think that there are many good sake breweries in Akita, so competition is high...

At the "Maya" restaurant. I think I have only seen Mt. Taiheizan at ●Maya😅. I was impressed with Miyamanishiki which I bought at ●Maya before, so I bought it. It is fresh and refreshing, but also deliciously juicy and sweet in moderation. I think it is one of the best sakes that ●Maya has 🤔.
