Tonight's sake is from Akita.
It is very dry for an Akita sake and very drinkable with a good flavor.
This is delicious!
The sashimi was Hachibiki!
It is not fatty, but it is a tasty and flavorful fish. It goes perfectly with Taiheizan!
I think it is a perfect match for Taiheizan.
