A colleague of mine who went back to Akita for Obon gave it to me as a souvenir 🎁.
I'm grateful that it's only available in Akita 🙏.
The aroma is mild and the acidity is strong, so I guess it's a sake for summer!
The spiciness of the alcohol refreshes you at the end, so sake lovers can drink it easily.
It's a sandesi, so it ran out quickly 😁.
