ささかま3
This sake was recommended to me at a sake store, so I made a reservation and received it three days ago. It is made with Burgundy wine yeast and is described as a deep sake that goes well with all kinds of food, so I enjoyed it with pork cutlet from Hirata Farm. The aroma reminded me of Hachisaku and cucumber. (Wife's comment) My image was grapefruit. It was easy to drink and I finished it.
