Slightly fruity aroma, but I can't tell what kind of fruit it is.
It is robustly sweet. Yet, it has a spiciness at the attack. I have been curious about Omine for a long time, but I see what you mean.
There is not much acidity, and it is all about umami and sweetness. It has a strong flavor. The aftertaste is clean and short.
As the temperature rose, the spiciness of the attack disappeared and the acidity increased. I think I prefer this one. The aftertaste is longer, too.
I went to "Sakelabo Tokyo" which I had been longing to visit!
I had been looking forward to it every day since I made the reservation two months ago, and on the day of the event, I was so excited that I got very drunk😇.
Thanks to my daughter (who is a strong drinker) who went with me and my husband (who is a weak drinker and cannot drink) who picked me up at the station closest to my home, I was able to come home safely and happily!
For my first drink, I had the "Omine Sakaelabo Tokyo Limited Edition" recommended by the waitress!
It was very sweet, fruity and delicious!
We drank a lot more after that, but my memory is a little fuzzy 😵 I'd like to upload some pictures only. But all the drinks were really good! The food and hospitality were wonderful, it was a great place 🫶!

Yesterday, I went to the Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival! It was a great fireworks show, so I went with Omine's fireworks cup! ♡♡

I bought some snacks at a food stand, laid out a leisure sheet, and sipped it while watching the fireworks! I opened the bottle!
It tastes great!
The cherry blossom cup was delicious, but the HANABI Cup is even better while watching the fireworks!

It has a slightly carbonated, green apple-like aroma, a pleasant sweetness from the rice, followed by a sourness and a moderate bitterness, making it a very easy-drinking sake 🍶.
It went very well with gari🫚😊.

I can't judge that, but it's a stable taste.
It tastes as good as the spring version.
The fruity aroma and sweetness are typical of Omine.
