. Minami" Tokujun after a little over a year I remember when I started going to "Inoki", a restaurant that has always been a great help to me 😌. I had never had a chance to drink western sake before, so I was impressed to know that there are many kinds of sake all over the country when I started to get it here💓. Then I learned about this saké no wa, and that's when I was sparked to conquer the whole country as well 🤣.

Good evening, N.E. ‼️ I often drink Minami's Tokujun because many of the izakayas I frequent have it, and it's really good 😆 I especially like this draft 😊I'm happy when I pair it with bonito ❤️

Good evening Manachie-san, thank you for the rice 🙇. As a Northeasterner, at first I was reluctant to drink sake from the west (smimasen(^^;) for those from the west), but when I tried it, I found many delicious sake and I got hooked 🤣 bonito 👍️

A purple-labeled junmai ginjo, an almost perennial staple of Minami. Fruity ginjo aroma rises. It smells a bit like pineapple. But when you drink it, it has juicy acidity and umami, but it is also firmly austere and robust. It is so delicious that we are very excited.

Minami, Kochi's first sake in a while. It is not too sweet, but has a crisp, acidic taste with a dry, tangy finish. It tastes exactly like a Kochi sake. It's good.

Continuing (and final) reunion with an old customer The last of this restaurant is South. Clear sake, acidic, goes well with food. The lady who served me said, "We're almost out, so just take a sip and we'll fill it all up." I took a sip, but there was still some left, so I took another sip (two total) and she served me another glass. I took a sip, but there was still some left, so I took another sip (total of two sips) and she poured me another. I went to one more restaurant after that, but I don't have any information left to post.......,

The aromatic quality of the peach is squeezed out and cut dry. Leaves a tingling sensation and a cedar aroma.

I like it, it's delicious! but have you ever forgotten what it tastes like? I had forgotten how good it was.... It has almost no top notes and comes in smoothly, but the umami and acidity come through and finish it off. There is a slight lingering bitterness. It does not need to be flashy. It is thick, thin, and versatile with meals. More umami than the Betsuatsurae. I will never forget this taste!

Bought this sake as a souvenir from a trip to Kochi. Softly aromatic, light gassy and juicy flavor. I wonder if the locals mentioned that it's getting harder to buy locally these days. There were plenty where there were any. We enjoyed it while reflecting on our trip.
