I'm in Ishikawa! Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu from the Naohiko Noguchi Institute at Ryokan Tawaraya!
This is what I wanted to drink, in a Mottokiri style.
Gentle and mild aroma of rice,
Soft and mellow acidity,
The taste of rice is firm and rich, with a slight sweet bitterness,
The taste is refreshing, clean and crisp,
It was delicious!
The food and the hot spring bath with a view of the mountain stream are also excellent.

A few bottles of recommended rice wine left at a sake brewery we stopped at on our trip to Kanazawa.
Tastes like it would be quite popular with women!
Too easy to drink and dangerous!
Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake🍶🍶Tokubetsu A Yamadanishiki🌾 from Yoshikawa, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Mellow and mature 😳. Ester in the mouth. It might be good warmed up 🤔. If you drink it after eating Kanpachi, it will soften the sensation. It's a great match with sour pike conger eel tempura with ume plum paste.
Rural House Alori @ Kitaurawa 20230729
Purchased at a sake brewery we happened to stop by when staying in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
I also bought this and a bottle of rice wine, which I've been looking forward to since my wife's breastfeeding.
The color is dark and the aroma is strong, the moment you put it in your mouth, you get a buzz, but after that it's easy to drink!
