Personally, this is my third S Kaze no Mori, and so far it is the closest to the usual Kaze no Mori in terms of flavor (banana and melon-like), or perhaps it has the same flavor as the usual Kaze no Mori.
However, it's still refreshing with zero low-pasteurization feeling.
I guess it's hard to feel the intention of this sake for the third glass...

The lingering finish is refreshing, leaving a slight alcohol taste.
The aroma is fruity, and when you take a sip, you can enjoy the sweetness of the rice and the sourness of the alcohol, which is truly the best part of sake!
Mr. Sugiura himself came to a local supermarket and sold a pre-order set with sake lees.
It was a really delicious sake, with a slight effervescence, melon-like sweetness, and a subtle taste that lingers on the tongue after drinking it all. However, I preferred the sake lees to the Umenoyado that I usually buy. This was my debut purchase of nama-shu, so I am sure that my choices will be expanding in the future.

It seems to be S in Satoyama... (I thought it was Super Kaze no Mori, like Super Kudokyuu 😅)
Similar to Kaze no Mori Akitsuho, but with less carbonation and a more complex taste with bitterness as well as sweetness 😄.
I'm looking forward to this series 😊.

The taste is light and sweet at first, but as you drink it, it spreads to a fuller sweetness and you can feel the depth of its umami 😋.
It is not heavy on the palate and is very refreshing and comfortable to drink. 👍️
The sharpness is mild due to the soft acidity, and it has a good finish that leaves a lingering aftertaste.

Kaze no Mori was able to drink safely at this year's Utage. It was a pity that we couldn't meet the president who entertained us last year. I wanted to roll the cuda again.
