I have only had Nagaragawa once before, more than ten years ago. I had the impression that it was delicious even then.
Sour, but fruity, gentle, and delicious~~~!

Nagaragawa -ultimate dry- ultra-harsh Junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake
There is not much of an upfront aroma.
In the mouth, it has a sharp and refreshing taste with no sweetness whatsoever.
I had the same impression when I drank the same sake at a previous brewer's festival, but the impression was the same: not too tangy and spicy beyond the sake level.
I wonder if the high alcohol content and high acidity give such an impression.
It is said to be a triple 20, with a sake degree of +20, an acidity of 2.0, and an alcohol content of 20%.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Ingredient rice: Gifu rice
Polishing ratio: 65
Sake degree: +20
Acidity: 2.0
Alcohol content: 20
I tasted it at a traveling SAKE event held at Hankyu Department Store in April, but was too drunk to remember the taste, so I bought it again.
I was too drunk to remember what it tasted like, so I bought it again.
I don't know how they can do that 🤣.
Is it a relationship of trust?
There is no aroma when you smell it, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet aroma. It's a little fizzy and has a fresh and juicy mouthfeel with a greenness that is typical of nama-zake. It is neither too sweet nor too spicy. It is not too sweet, not too spicy, and seems to be suitable for everyone, but it may be a little plain.
It is quite fruity.
Sweet at the beginning and refreshing in the second half.
A liquor store in my neighborhood also said that Nagaragawa is not well known.
Tastes like Hoshisen minus a little sweetness
The taste after 3 days has no trace of the first day...

at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃.
The sake has been dry for a while, but let's have a sake with a very dry sake degree of +20 🎵Nagaragawa is basically dry 🤔Oh, it's spicy! Spicy is spicy, but the taste makes you wonder if it has a sake degree of +20 ❗It's not just spicy, it's a professional's job to give it character 😌.

My first Nagaragawa❗I'm sorry that I always went through with it 😓.
As the subtitle suggests, it was refreshingly dry and fruity in taste 😋.
I love Gifu's dry sake like Sanzenmori 😋 ✌️

Nagaragawa, which I have seen at the Sake Brewer's Festival but have never had.
Here is the list
Long-aged Junmai Shichidan-shikkomi Junmai 1999
Junmai Ginjo EXPORT
Haru no otozure, freshly pressed junmai
Direct-filtered Junmai-Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Shu
The above four products were tasted.
The only one I remember 😅 is the old 1999 sake.
It is round and dark. I don't know if I like it or not, but I sometimes want to try old sake.
I was in junior high school in 1999.... It's amazing to be able to drink that old sake.
I'd like to try sake from the year I was born.
I think Dharma Masamune used to offer sake by year.
I'm going to try some of their straight-filtered unfiltered raw sake soon since my local liquor store just got it in stock. I think they have some kind of relationship with Nagaragawa and asked me to go to the venue and send it to them 🤣. I heard he asked them to send it to him 🤣.
My time limit was approaching, so I parted ways with Nemuchi at Nagaragawa and left the venue.
I guess I didn't drink Ona, Dewazakura, and Harada this time.
Nemuchi-san must have conquered them all 😁.
After that, we dropped by Hanshin department store for a tasting and were late for our appointment 😅.
Hello.
I've been wanting to buy a long-aged one, but if it's too sweet, I'll have a hard time, so I've been putting it off.
If it is not too sweet, I would like to buy it.
Thank you very much.
I'm going to try this kind of Japanese sweets, but there are a lot of people who say "kora akan" at tasting events, so I guess it's a matter of likes and dislikes.
Good evening, bouken-san 🌛This old sake was amazing 😊I don't know if it's good or not... I was surprised that I could drink it 😳 and I forgot to visit Harada and Dewazakura this time 💦I tasted Kirin and Sakura Uzumaki at Hanshin department store 🤣.
Good evening, Nemuchi.
This kind of sake is clearly different for different tastes 😅.
I've tried a few old sake but it's difficult 🤔.
I thought I had it all 😁.
