I received this sake with the word 😏 "spicy".
It's not so much spicy...I can't taste any sweetness 😳.
I was strangely impressed that they could cut the sweetness so much 🧐.
It went well with sashimi.
It was clean, so it was dry, which is a category I can drink too.
It is my policy to drink up the first bottle of sake before moving on to the next one, unless I am comparing sake! I have a policy to drink up the bottle before going on to the next one, but no 😭.
Help me - sweet sake!
I reached for the sake cellar even though there was still some left 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Maru.
There was a sake from here at the Gifu sake event, but I was so scared of the dryness that I passed it up 😅.
I also sometimes run away from sweet sake right after opening it 🤣.
Good morning, Maru 😃.
The words on the label "sake that doesn't flirt with the times" give a strong sense of intent 😁Nice challenge👍When we drink too much sweet sake, we sometimes need help - spicy sake 😆.
Hello bouken, ☀️
I don't buy them myself, so it was quite a valuable experience 🤣.
I was so surprised at how dry you are...no wonder I can't compete with you 🤣.
Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka㉔
We rushed in at the end of the day to Nagaragawa's Komachi Sake Brewery.
We drank
Aged old sake Junmai Shichidan-brewed 1999BY
Polishing ratio 65%, Gifu rice, Sake degree +5
This is the same sake that we drank at last year's traveling SAKE. It has a deep sense of maturity. It's the same sake, so the impression is the same 😅.
Nagaragawa SuperFresh Junmai-Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Shu
Polishing ratio 55% Hidahomare Sake degree -2
This sake was not on the list. The specs were taken from Okuhiroya's website.
I don't remember much about it, but it was poured after the old sake. I think it was fresh and fruity, but I couldn't tell because of the taste of the old sake in the glass 🤔.
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki Sake meter value +5
This one was not on the list either.
I drank this sake at last year's Traveling SAKE and later bought it at Icoma, so please see the review there 😌.
The ones I didn't drink this time are Shirakawa-go, Nihon Izumi, Miyama Kiku, and W?
The ones that didn't come to Kansai are Takejaku, Kujeranami, Hyakujuro.
I wish I could have had a bottle of Kujiranami.
I know a lot of breweries use Hidahomare, but I thought most of the tasty ones this time were Omachi again 🤔.
That's all I have to say.
At a standing izakaya in the Sakae basement.
It is sweet and dry.
Easy to drink.
I think it was 500 yen for a glass of wine.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Sake degree +6
The second sake I had because the brewer of Nagaragawa was at the restaurant.
It had a subtle sweetness and sharpness that made it a good choice for a mid-meal drink!
Synchronization 🥳
It's been a while since we had a class reunion at work and for some reason I decided to be the organizer😅.
I reserved a table at a restaurant I had heard about on Sake-no-Wawa🤗.
I was asked by the participants "I want to eat meat, drink beer 🍺" and "I want non-alcoholic beverage",
Wagyu Hitsumabushi and Beef Tongue Shabu Shabu Shabu course with all-you-can-drink for 6,000 yen.
After the toast beer 🍻, we will have the first glass of sake 🍻.
First glass of sake 🍶.
Nagaragawa Junmai Sake
Polishing ratio 65%, 14-15% alc.
Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.7
Mild and mellow flavor 😋.
🍽️ assorted sashimi 🐟 fresh👍
🍽️ Roast beef🥩 is also delicious❗️
There were about 15 of us when I joined the company, but after decades, there are only 6🥹 of us in the same company.
We gathered in Nagoya from Tokyo and Osaka on this day🥳🥂.
