Nagara River booth. It is not sold outside of the prefecture, so I guess it is a rare brewery to see in the Kansai region. I was a bit intimidated by the dryness of the sake, but when I tried it, I found it wasn't too hot. I think they were all refreshing.

Purchased at Okadaya, Nagoya Sake Rice used is Hidahomare. It is a so-called summer sake, and is said to be aged for one year. It does not have a matured feel and has a mild mouthfeel. It is refreshing as a summer sake should be, and the umami is clearly conveyed. It is easy to drink when cooled down to a crisp. The label is designed by a famous person? It's a cool design.

@Tajimaya Sake Shop Rice used is Hida Homare So called "Hiyahoroshi". It seems to be a "prohibited out-of-prefecture shipment" sake for local consumption only, Only three stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area carry it. The sense of maturity is not so strong, and the umami spreads slowly. The sweetness is moderate. It is fresh and has a crisp and refreshing aftertaste, so it is good as a mealtime sake. It was delicious. ❗️
