A friend of mine brought this sake as a souvenir. It was an interesting series, with each label having a different time and contents ranging from an aperitif to an after-dinner drink.

I only knew the name of the brewery, so this is the first time I can drink it. Even the box is stylish. The pamphlet and the website clearly show the concept of the brewery, and I wondered how some sake breweries develop their business like this. Each hour has a different concept.
The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, so I opened the bottle.
The aroma is fresh, and the sweetness and acidity are good. The pinkish color seems to be the pigment of black rice. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and I would recommend it to anyone who can handle alcohol. I would like to try other kinds of sake as well. I wish it were easier to obtain this kind of sake.
The brand is based on the concept of "sake recommended by the hour" called HINEMOS, and the 4 o'clock (YOJI) product was redesigned as a cherry blossom. The whole brand itself has a stylish design that looks like wine, and I can't wait to try them all!
And this cherry blossom one is honestly just sweet. For those who are not comfortable with sake, this is a sweet sake that doesn't look like sake and can be enjoyed with gusto. Sweetness is welcome, but for me, I would have liked a little more acidity.
Sparkling type. The taste is dry but cloudy and the rice flavor lingers long in the aftertaste. It was a perfect match with squid sashimi. The bubbles are not that strong, and the image is that of a so-called daily bubbly.
I bought it for home use, although I thought the stylish bottle would make a great gift. It has a fruity aroma that is typical of daiginjos, and the taste is relatively dry. The website says it goes well with steak, so I tried it with steak and it went well with it!
I thought that a moderately thick yet crisp bottle would be great with firm meats.
