A present from my wife
I drank a bottle of sake for the first time in a long time.
I've been drinking it outside, but it's been a while since I've had it at home, and I've had an unopened bottle of Hana-yosu sitting on the shelf for a long time.
It was my birthday, so my wife bought it for me at a pop-up store.
It was my first time drinking this brand, and I didn't even recognize it until she gave it to me!
Price-wise, it is very expensive considering it is junmai sake and only 500ml!
I honestly don't know if it's worth the price.
However, it was not a bad sake to drink on a special occasion with a special person to make you feel special.
Odawara City Sake. Sake is difficult to describe in terms of taste, so they explain the taste by the time of day. This was a refreshing junmai ginjo at 11:00, the closing time. I thought this sake was more for visuals, but no, it was quite tasty. We tasted several bottles, including other low-alcohol and fizzy sakes.
HINEMOS, which I often drank a variety of drinks because of its interesting branding of different tastes of alcohol divided by time when it was just born.
The HINEMOS 6th anniversary limited edition draft sake arrived, so we opened the bottle right away.
It is a light, dry, 14% junmai ginjo. Polishing is 50%.
I don't know more than that, but it looks good in a glass of wine.
Drink it at 11:00 a.m. in the evening.
Nice aroma of rice. The mouthfeel is round but dry! The taste is rich. Maybe it's because I haven't had sake in a while?

HINEMOS JUJI Tanabata Version
Limited to Sendai
The design is a beautiful Tanabata Festival in Sendai.
The concept is to drink it at 10 p.m. with dessert.
It's like a juice with a sweet taste and a strong acidity.
Delicious, but a bit expensive.
The alcohol content is 8 degrees and light.
Screw stopper type
all day
hachiji
Sweetness like koji amazake, gradually sour, not too much calpis, just the right amount of saltiness and lightness. It is not like sake. It is a white koji all-rounder that can be used with a wide variety of dishes.
niji
This is a proper sake. It has a lot of malic acid, but it's just a normal dry and refreshing sake. It's a malic acid junmai sake that makes a deep night clear.
It is from a sake brewery in Odawara. Moriyama Sake Brewery of Hachiryu-zai. Seriously?
They have 12 kinds of sake based on the concept of time. They are not participating in the Kanagawa Sake Brewery Stamp Rally.
At Suguruya, an izakaya in front of Ashigara Station.
The store and regulars are unusually friendly while having a core aspect of having all kinds of Hinemos and rare local limited edition sake. Thank you so much for everything.
HINEMOSU time when even the grass and trees sleep
The sharpness and spiciness you feel first is the greatest ever at the moment.
After that, the spreading and lingering acidity and sweet umami
I wonder if you could understand the sharpness and spiciness..."
It's been a long time since I've been to HINEMOSU.
It's crisp, dry, and has a pear-like fruity flavor.
Pear-like fruity taste
I can say "Dry Junmai Daigin is like this".
It is a model of what a dry junmai daigin should be like.
