At the HINEMOS specialty store in Nakameguro, Tokyo.
The label on the front reads 0:30, perhaps because it is a limited edition at midnight.
The color is slightly pinkish. This color is derived from the black rice used to make it, and it appears to turn pink when brewed.
The taste is dominated by sweetness, followed by acidity, and has a sweet sake-like nuance.
Most nigori sake is usually described as a lactobacillus drink, but this one is a little different and has an interesting personality.
