The first cup of the second night. The concept of "dessert rice wine" is very true. It has an elegant sweetness like Japanese sweets. It is thick and dense, with a distant bitterness. The sharpness is not bad and the outline is clear, so it is easy to drink even though it is quite sweet. It's difficult to make an appetizer with it, but it would go well with dessert. It's perfect with grape jelly👌.

Again, no rice used or major specs. It is a very low alcohol sake at 5%. Oh❗️It's really red! is my first impression. I remember drinking red sake before, but once again I thought rice is amazing. It's hard to recognize this as sake when it's served without saying anything. It's almost like a rosé wine, with a strawberry-like flavor. It's light, but I'm not sure I like the sweetness and mouthfeel. If I were served this sake at midnight, I'd be in a bit of trouble.

The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋. I️ want to spend more time drinking this one.

It's been a while since I had a good time! Even though it is sweet, you can't drink it in a big gulp because it has a lot of alcohol. This is a sake to be enjoyed with snacks. It's the kind of sake I like to drink mainly with sake. I drank it with cheese as recommended by the waiter, and it was a great match with the aftertaste of the cheese. The melt-in-your-mouth mildness is irresistible.

This is the first of four bottles we tasted and selected! I still feel some artificial flavors... I know there are no additives other than rice in the ingredients... I tried it with spare ribs and avocado, but the impression didn't change much. I thought it might taste good with food, but it wasn't my favorite.
