I happened to find this stylish sake in a bottle at an event.
It is the 8:30 sake of the 8:00 sake out of the 12 types of sake available from 6:00 pm to 5:00 am, plus the 8:30 summer-only sake.
It is a low-alcohol sparkling sake with an alcohol content of 8 degrees.
It tastes like sweet and sour rice juice.
It tastes great.
My impression of a sip of what a colleague at work asked for.
It is a 2 o'clock sake from a series of sake named after the time of day when they want you to drink it.
I liked it because of its refreshing dry taste, which is good to drink when you are getting deeply intoxicated!
Alcohol content: 15

This sake is based on the concept of time.
There are 12 brands from 18:00 in the evening to 5:00 in the morning, each with a completely different flavor.
The one we drank this time was the 21:00 brand.
It is almost colorless and transparent in color, with a mellow aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits.
The taste is rich and sweet, like pear or peach, with a refreshingly sour aftertaste.
It is by far the most expensive of the HINEMOS series, but the taste is very satisfying.
It is my favorite sake and ranks high among all the sake I have had.
Alcohol content: 5%.

I drank the 3 o'clock one before, but this is the 19 o'clock one.
The aroma is similar to that of calpis.
There is a slight ooze, and the color is light nigori.
It tastes like a sweet and sour lactic acid beverage, and it has a good amount of carbonation, so it may be similar to Calpis soda. It is delicious.
There was a bit of a cloudy taste, so I shook the bottle to mix it, but it almost blew out when I opened the bottle.
Clear amazake-like sake.
Aroma is muted, and the sake is smooth and easy to drink. As expected of 5 o'clock, it is light. It is also amazing to enjoy the feeling of rice.

The aroma is strong! It has a sweet aroma from the moment it is poured into the glass.
It is so sweet that it is called "dessert rice wine" and is perfect for dessert. It is as sweet as a cocktail, so I recommend it to those who can drink it even if it has a high alcohol content.
It is very sweet and has a rice flavor!

The aroma has a sweet taste of rice, but when you drink it, it tastes clean and spicy! Does it have a certain alcohol content? It's dry, so it's refreshing and delicious.

The phrase "a cup of sake at a soba noodle shop" is used to describe it. It is not too strong, and it goes well with a light meal.
