This product is sold only in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is soft on the palate and the sweetness spreads softly. Even though it is unpasteurized sake, it does not come on strong, but goes off softly. It is a very easy to drink and delicious sake.
Abunotsuru's nama-shu 344.
Right now it's an origarashi nama-shu with a gaseous feel, but if you leave it unopened for two weeks it becomes sparkling.
It's a bit more bitter than the previous nama-shu. But the aftertaste is so good that you can drink as much as you want.
We will wait until the other bottle becomes sparkling before opening it.

When I opened the sparkling one, the cork flew open like a champagne.
The taste is more bitter. This is something I hope they continue to make.
