I bought this sake because it was recommended by the proprietress of the liquor store. It has a mellow aroma and taste reminiscent of melon, and is a high quality sake that is not cloying and does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

Drinking out before yesterday's remote drinking session. It has a clear, light, pear-like sweetness. It is regrettable that there is a slight alcohol taste in the aftertaste.

58 (Goya). Abu-no-Tsuru Sake Brewery, for which Miyoshi is famous. This one tasted very much to my liking. The aroma is clean and fruity. When you drink it, it has a refreshing green apple flavor and a moderate rice flavor. The aftertaste is not too harsh and it is easy to drink.

This product is sold only in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is soft on the palate and the sweetness spreads softly. Even though it is unpasteurized sake, it does not come on strong, but goes off softly. It is a very easy to drink and delicious sake.

Abunotsuru's nama-shu 344. Right now it's an origarashi nama-shu with a gaseous feel, but if you leave it unopened for two weeks it becomes sparkling. It's a bit more bitter than the previous nama-shu. But the aftertaste is so good that you can drink as much as you want. We will wait until the other bottle becomes sparkling before opening it. Addendum on May 12 When I opened the sparkling one, the cork flew open like a champagne. The taste is more bitter. This is something I hope they continue to make.

I'm Bruiser Prodi, and the drink today smelled like fruit. It was a little sweet and easy to drink! I wouldn't mind drinking it again. I love the sake made by Abunotsuru Sake Brewing Company, I love it! Best when chilled ✨. I'll drink this and then I'll bleed my nemesis Terry F. Junior out!
