Let's move on to Abu no Tsuru. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of koji malt. In the mouth, there is a sweet taste of rice and a full-bodied umami flavor with a slight carbonation (on the second day after opening the bottle). It was delicious!

Collection Review 84 I thought it was interesting to have an active orikara in the summer time, so I asked the manager about it and he said "this is one of the most interesting sakes that have come in recently", so I bought it right away. The cork made a loud popping sound and blew up to the ceiling! You know that white gas that sometimes comes out when you just open a bottle? It has such a strong "fizzing" power that it seems as if it "fizzes" because of that. LOL! The aroma is of fruits and sweet aroma of Abeya and unpolished wind forest. When you drink it, you will find it has a sweet and sour taste! This is easy to understand and delicious! LOL! I think this kind of lactic acid-like sake goes surprisingly well with fermented foods, such as kimchi and natto. The bitterness at the end gives the sake a strong Japanese flavor. It is the kind of sake that educates you, saying, "We made it easy to understand at first, but the taste at the end is sake, so remember it. LOL! In that sense, I think it is the best sake for people who are just starting to drink sake to get more into it. San-do is made with a low alcohol content of about 12 degrees, but if you think of it as a 15-degree version of that, you can get a similar image. It is only 3 degrees, but I like it better because I feel like I am drinking sake.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sakuramoto Shoten Maruyama Store 720/1980 yen Active Orikagarami Nama 15%. Yamadanishiki ? % 2023.07 When I opened the bottle, the crown flew off like champagne 😵‍💫 but it didn't spill 😊. The lees flavor, sweetness, and bubbly sensation increased, and from the first sip, it's on my list of candidates to buy again next year 😊.

I've been drinking a little. The top aroma is mild and fruity. In the mouth, there is a moderate sweetness, followed by umami and spiciness, and it is refreshing. The aftertaste was somewhat similar to Nada's dry sake. Like Kenshubishi without the peculiarities? I wonder if most dry sake from the west is like this? I'll have to try a variety of sake 🍶.

At Yamanaka Sake no Ten Honten ❗ I chose it because of the label, but also because I've heard of Abu-no-Tsuru ❗ It's a nice fruity sake with lots of flavor 😋. The aisles in the store are narrow, and the staff are always coming and going with sake baskets 😲Customers are always coming and going in the aisles too❗Interesting 😊The lineup of sake is great and the store has too much charm 🎵

風の島の菊鹿
Koori to Osake Yamadanishiki Nama-Nishiki Unpasteurized Sake Junmai sake, although there is no Junmai description. It is a sake for the rocks. It has a strong flavor that can be enjoyed on the rocks or with soda. However, in addition to the richness, I would like to see another unique flavor. The label is cute, though it is not well photographed. I wonder if a child drew it. By the way, Abenosturu Sake Brewery is not on the list of breweries, so I can't choose it. It is mistakenly registered as Abenosturu.

MAMMA" sake from one of my favorite breweries, Abunotsuru Sake Brewery This sake was named "MAMMA" because it was made with the taste of rice (mama) in mind. Indeed, it was a very drinkable sake with a strong taste of rice. If you look closely, you can see that the production date is December 18, so it must have been an aged sake.
