Hakurei Sake Brewery This is my first time drinking it.
The price is about 2,800 yen, which is a bargain for the standard, and it is said to be made from unqualified rice!
I bought it immediately because the previous out-of-order rice, Crap Star, from Yamanashi was too delicious!
Personally, it has a fruity sweetness, but I don't think I will drink it next time because I didn't like the taste!
But it's good for the price and easy to drink. ✨️

This year was the first time I learned that Hakurei Shuzo's beloved Shuten Doji had released a Risshun Asashibori.
For a Risshun Asashibori, it was very easy to drink, and not too fishy.

This sake is very cost-effective, but it tastes great 😁.

When heated up, it has a good aroma as Yamadanishiki and a good flavor of rice 😁.
