The second bottle is a local sake from Miyazu.
It is a sake that is released every year on Tanabata (the seventh day of the seventh month of the lunar calendar), and it has a delicious rice flavor and dryness that is perfect for this season 🍶.
We had it with sushi, and it went well with it!
#Osaka Umeda#
Whenever I come to Osaka, I always
Yodobashi Camera 2F in front of the hotel.
It has become a matter of course 😆.
And buy 300ml to drink! 😁😁
I was attracted by the label, but I bought it...
Sweet and refreshing 🎊.
I got it because it was sold as a local cup sake at the Amanohashidate souvenir store! Hooray for big dry sake!
It said it was recommended to be heated, but the aroma made me think "this is a delicious one" and I couldn't resist, so I had it 70% cold and 30% lukewarm.
The aroma was fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, you couldn't feel the aroma, it was crisp and the aftertaste was quite refreshing!
Both were delicious, but I should have had them warmed up a little more...!
Floating puffer fins would be so delicious that they would fly 🐡🪽.
Memorandum for myself
It was a gift from a relative.
It seems to be recommended to be heated, but I first drank it cold.
The aroma smells of rice and seme.
The aroma smelled of rice and seme.
It seemed too strong for me, so I tried again with warmed sake.
The aroma was stronger, but everything else was the same.
I guess those who like it will be hooked on it.
I was curious about this restaurant after seeing it on TV.
My reservation was for a table, but thanks to the availability, I was guided to a seat at the counter.
Since we had gone to see the "Onikirimaru (mustache cutter)" sword on display at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, we had this sake as our first drink.
It is just delicious. It is a drink in which you can strongly feel the flavor of rice rather than fruit or anything conceptual like that. The aftertaste is not too sweet, and it is really good.
Risshun morning pressing of Shuten Doji.
The mild sweetness, different from what we usually drink, makes us happy.
It is an accompaniment to celebrate Risshun. This year in Kyoto ^_^
