I had some time to kill, so I drove to Seto Sake Brewery in Ashigara.
This brewery has a really wide variety of brands. After much hesitation, I bought two bottles 🤔.
I heard that they don't produce any raw sake. I heard that the toji here doesn't like to change the taste. That's why they mainly store it fresh. They are very thorough.
We had prepared a cooler box in anticipation of the fresh sake 😅.
The brewery is equipped with a tatami room where you can drink while looking at the garden.
I heard that highballs are recommended, so I had one of these.
The subtitle of this article is very long.
The taste is...
It tasted very easy to drink without carbonation, and the gentle sweetness stood out!
The side dishes were Spanish mackerel grilled with saikyo, cream cheese and mortadella.

Seto Sake Brewery, Kaisei-cho, Ashigarakami-gun
Seto Sake Brewery's sake is only available at the store directly from the brewery.
↑According to the owner, there are so many kinds of sake that the liquor store can't keep them all....
The first one we picked up after much hesitation.
As the name suggests, it has a lightness reminiscent of festival music!
Fresh sweetness and sourness that spreads like fireworks.
A perfect bottle for this season!

O is Omachi, a beautiful sake just like the others.
Omachi
Aiyama
I drank it at the same time as Omachi Aiyama, but I couldn't tell the difference in taste....
Unlike the others, only Omachi has a rice polishing ratio of 40% (the others have 35%).
If I had to say, I felt the mellowness was the best when the temperature rose.
But I heard that O was the only one who had just opened his mouth, so I wonder what the difference is.

Aiyama
I drank it at the same time as Omachi Aiyama, but I couldn't tell the difference in taste...
If I had to say, I think it has the strongest aroma.

Fruity and floral at the start. Slightly spicy.
After a while, it tastes bitter, but the overall impression is clear.
A favorite liquor store in Minami-Ashigara City that I have visited several times.
Every time we visit, the label designs and names are always eye-catching!
From a sake brewery in the neighboring town of Kaisei
Rich, but with a refreshing aftertaste!
It's a sweet sake, but with a little bit of alcohol.
but with a little bit of alcohol.
And the aftertaste is very long... surprisingly long.
It is easy to drink.
