Aluminum can with Hokkaido's natural treasure "Kumagera" printed on it 🍶.
Junmai-shu made with the underground water of Mt. Daisetsuzan as the brewing water, and stored in its raw state 😊.
The aroma is fresh and grain-like with a mellow umami flavor, and the taste is classic with a slight alkalinity and a crisp finish 😋 We had it with bonito tataki as an entrée 😋.
Good evening, Oyaji😄.
It's 100 check-ins for Hokkaido sake: ❣️

I have yet to try Otokoyama. Looks like a delicious sake😙I'd love to try it when I come across it😊.
