We're back safe and sound with lots of limited edition sake from Hokkaido✨!
After two days of rest during the trip, we will open a bottle of the souvenir today 😊🎉.
However, I bought a pizza 🍕 today 🤭.
I ordered PIZZA-LA for the first time.... Delicious 😋Lemon, fresh tomato slices, mozzarella, and some spices to go with the sake. ❣️ Which pizza place do you guys pair it with? I don't think I'd pair it with pizza 💦😉.
Today's Otokoyama's brewery limited edition sake was said to be sweet. The aroma is already sweet and nice, with an aged sweet aroma like a noble rot wine. The texture is clearly thickened on the palate and has an intense sharpness when it spreads on the palate! It was a rich and tasty sake with a solid, hardy sake feel ✨ Hmmm...just like Otokoyama? Well, is it just the Otokoyama way?
Anyway, it was delicious ‼️

I came back from Hokkaido to Saitama where it's extremely hot 🥵.
We had a quick dinner while talking about memories of Hokkaido with Mr. Peckho 🍶.
The sake we chose was this one from Otokoyama.
According to the description
It is characterized by the beauty that only a Daiginjo can have. It has a mild and mellow taste from summer to autumn.

It is a beautiful, rich, spicy, and sweet taste.
The store's label said "slightly sweet", which is true when it's cold, but as it warms up in the glass, it changes its taste a lot 😋.
We had it chilled.

Otokoyama is quite rich, but not too rich, it has a clear and delicious taste 😋.
I only bought this one bottle of Otokoyama, I'm interested in other brands 😃.
It has been quite a while since Otokoyama. It is very easy to drink at room temperature with moderate balance. Made from 100% Hokkaido sake brewing rice. I would like to try it cold tomorrow as recommended, but there may not be any left until tomorrow.

Haru no Inui Nai Junmai Sake
Slightly sweet, slightly strong aroma (fruit), slightly strong attack, slightly thick, round, long umami aftertaste, clear sweetness and thick acidity, somewhat simple, sweet and sour, mouthwatering, satisfying once you drink it, mellow sake even for a fresh sake
Hokkaido trip! This is charged tasting. If I can try it out, I thought I'd try to drink some unreachable alcohol..! I felt overwhelmingly clear and time-consuming 😭
