The Asian couple next to us ordered more chicken, and I ordered the famous "shinkoyaki" (roasted chicken with newborn eggs).
The meat was tender and sweet!
The sauce was similar to the yakitori sauce I used to eat as a child at a neighborhood restaurant.
The rich and broad flavor of the tare sauce, which is unique to the sake yeast yeast yeast, is a perfect complement to the shinkoyaki.
When I was too full to finish all of it, the proprietress let me have the rest!

Yesterday, I flew from Haneda to Kushiro and took a rental car to Kitami🚗.
On the way to Kitami, we stopped by the start of the road to heaven in Shari-cho, and went to Kitami via Abashiri station.
In the evening, we enjoyed local salted yakisoba noodles and went to Otokoyama in the room. ‼️
The aroma was very clean and lingered in the nose 😋.
