Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake 40% 80% Polishing
Junmai Daiginjo with a spicy finish. It is heavy and aromatic.
Although it is alc17, it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it.
The reasonable price is also a plus.

Business trip to Utsunomiya. Purchased sake at a liquor store less than a 10-minute walk from the station.
The selection of local Tochigi sake and sake from all over the country makes me want to live here.
I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, as they had Senkou Kabutomushi, but I chose Kuho, which is not widely available in Japan.
All of the local Ootawara amataka are good, but they are rather refreshing.
However, Kuo has a more robust flavor, which I like even more. It has a great flavor that spreads in the mouth. The sharpness is so good that you can't help but drink too much despite the high alcohol content.
It is delicious. 4/5 stars.
Amataka Shuzo from Tochigi Prefecture, freshly squeezed from the tank, unfiltered, raw sake, 100% organic Asahi no Yume rice grown in-house, 50% polished rice, 17 degrees, clean aroma, slightly juicy, sweet and sour, with a gradual feeling of alcohol in the second half (not unpleasant of course) and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, a refined sake for mature people! It's like a refined sake for mature people!
Kuho made with Tochigi original rice rice Nasuhikari
The aroma is apple-like fruity with a hint of blue grass and a slight smell of rice
The taste is slightly alcoholic, with a sweet and sour apple-like flavor, with a slight complexity and umami of rice, and overall a fruity yet deep taste.
It is probably the sweeter of the Kubi, but it is easy to drink with a slightly dry aftertaste due to the strong acidity.
A well-balanced sake that is delicious on its own or with a meal.
KYUO Junmai Tank Pressed Unfiltered Nama Sake Brewed with 9 different types of koji rice and kake rice.
Slightly acidic to slightly muscat-like. Lingering bitterness. I like it a lot.
The aroma is weak, but when you put it in your mouth, it has an aroma of rice like amazake, and as it passes through your tongue, it has a subtle sweetness and sourness of figs.
Melon aroma. In the mouth, there is a firm sweetness and flavor that is honey-like. The aftertaste of sweetness lingers on and on, and the taste is clean and refreshing. It's delicious.
I was surprised that Kuo didn't come up in the search.
It's a good sake! It has a fruity aroma, a little thick, and a sweet taste.
There was only one bottle left, so we bought it without hesitation.
Ten-Taka Sake Brewery also has Ten-Taka Shin, but I would like you to drink Kuo as well.
"The Fox with Nine Tails" is
It is said that the "nine-tailed fox" is a legendary spirit animal handed down in the Nasu area of Tochigi.
It is said that he sometimes changed his form into a beautiful woman and charmed people.
The "nine-tailed fox" also changes its form from time to time and appears in different forms.
It seems that Kuo changes its appearance every time it is brewed, using a different raw rice, polishing ratio, yeast, and brewing method.
This is the first year-round product of Kuo, which is produced in small quantities and distributed in limited quantities, and will be sold out as soon as it is sold out
Junmai-Daiginjo unfiltered undiluted sake made from 100% Tochigi-grown Nasuhikari rice with a 48% polishing ratio for 1650 yen.
It has a refreshing aroma like a tropical fruit.
The taste is fresh and juicy like a bite of a pineapple.
It has a lightness that does not let you feel the high alcohol content while the refreshing sweetness spreads like a mouth full of pulp.
The finish is crisp and clean, making it a perfect accompaniment to any meal, fruit or dessert😋.
I bought it because the liquor store sent me an Instagram notice that said something like this🤣.
I'd buy it if they said pineapple bite!
Also, if the owner said "this might be the only one in Kyushu", I'd buy it 🤣
It's really good ❗ If you're near a special deal, you should definitely buy it 🎵!
I've been curious about this brewery since I passed by it on my way to the liquor store in the distance 😆 I often see Ten-Taka, but I've never seen it because of the label design (lol) If you recommend it, I'll try to buy it next time ♪
honda-san, you wrote a proper review even though it's not a Kyushu sake... and I thought 🤣 lemon milk is delicious ✨I think I'll buy a lemon milk cocktail when I go to Tochigi. I don't know why the word Tochigi is so small...
honda-san
I'm so sorry about the review 🤣.
When it's really good!
I would recommend you to buy it!
I've never had Kuo, but
I've never had a pineapple type sake from Tochigi.
I'm interested👍.
Good evening, Mr. Manachi. Good evening, Xuan.
What time is this time?
Young General and Manachi are not trustworthy, so please give me the time and date in detail🥺
Good morning tkmt!
🥺Thank you for your interest in the Nine Tails!
Young Master and tkmt-san can't be trusted if you're really interested🥺
Which are you more interested in: Kuo or Bima Tits🥺
Good morning MAJ!
Today I was busy with a year-end party, so I mainly copied and pasted 🥺
Only in Kyushu!
That's a killer word 🥺
I'm the only one in Kyushu with salmon...
It's too killer!
