99% polished rice
Junmai Junmai Nama-shu (pure rice without filtration)
Is it really gold? Yellow? The color is like apple juice.
It's the first taste I've ever had.
It's not fruity.
I can't come up with a good description,
Sweet to sour, not fruity.
It has a short aftertaste, and the low alcohol content gives a beautiful impression.
At first I thought it was a little bitter.
But as I got used to it, I thought it could be something like this.
Another brand that is new to me. Oh man, it is so delicious.
Fresh acidity and a gorgeous fruity aroma. I think it's a little too sweet, but it's delicious. It has a green apple taste.
The aftertaste is a bit alcoholic.
Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake 40% 80% Polishing
Junmai Daiginjo with a spicy finish. It is heavy and aromatic.
Although it is alc17, it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it.
The reasonable price is also a plus.
#Sake #Tochigi #Otawara City
Business trip to Utsunomiya. Purchased sake at a liquor store less than a 10-minute walk from the station.
The selection of local Tochigi sake and sake from all over the country makes me want to live here.
I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, as they had Senkou Kabutomushi, but I chose Kuho, which is not widely available in Japan.
All of the local Ootawara amataka are good, but they are rather refreshing.
However, Kuo has a more robust flavor, which I like even more. It has a great flavor that spreads in the mouth. The sharpness is so good that you can't help but drink too much despite the high alcohol content.
It is delicious. 4/5 stars.
Amataka Shuzo from Tochigi Prefecture, freshly squeezed from the tank, unfiltered, raw sake, 100% organic Asahi no Yume rice grown in-house, 50% polished rice, 17 degrees, clean aroma, slightly juicy, sweet and sour, with a gradual feeling of alcohol in the second half (not unpleasant of course) and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, a refined sake for mature people! It's like a refined sake for mature people!
