When I went mountain climbing in Tochigi
Sake recommended by the owner of a sake store
Mellow flavor with a firm sharpness.
The explosive aroma of this sake is quite interesting.
The price is also very reasonable at around 1,500 yen!
The rice used is said to be special.
It's not sold very often, so you might want to look for it when you visit Tochigi.
It's good to buy the owner's recommendation once in a while!
Purchased in Nasu. This was also recommended to me by a liquor store. It was the first time in a while that I bought something that was not junmai (pure rice)! It was easy to drink with a refreshing light taste. It has a cute label 🦊.
Good evening, Haru-chan 😃.
You bought two good bottles of Tochigi sake 🤗.
There are many good ones like Ona and Nozomu, so please enjoy Tochigi sake 🍶😊.
Color is slightly yellowish.
The rise is mildly sweet.
The mouthfeel is slightly thickened.
The sweetness comes to the fore in the mouth.
It has a clear sweetness like nectar, and it is easy to drink.
It seems to go well with light food.
Completely missed the timing to drink the New Year's label of Kubo 🦊.
Fuji, hawk and eggplant didn't appear in my first dream - 🥲︎
Kuo is also my favorite brand 🍶.
This one is a daiginjo polished to 20% to 40%, with a hint of oriki.
The rice used is "Asahi no Yume" grown in-house 🌾.
I enjoyed its melon-like ginjo aroma.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊
I didn't know Kuo was offering a New Year's label 😅I'm going to try this for next year's New Year's sake 🌅And my favorite Masumi barrel sake is also a candidate!
The aroma is gentle but fruity, and the moderate bitterness and the acidity of the sake's yeast yeast make it more fruity. The alcohol content is not high, and it is easy to drink.
Unfiltered raw sake, 40% pure, NSUHIKARI, 48%, 17%, pineapple aroma, tender mouthfeel, honey-like sweetness and alcohol content, but a robust, elegant sake that feels very satisfying in small quantities!
