I tasted it at Fukuoka Mitsukoshi and bought it. Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Ginjo, and Junmai Junmai gradually become dryer and more profound in taste.
Amabuki by Amabuki Sake Brewery. Purchased at Combox Saga Ekimae. Most of Saga's sake is either dry or medium-hard, but I bought this one because of the unusual note "Nakaguchi" (medium). It is indeed crisp and easy to drink, but has a gentle taste with a strong rice flavor.
Sasaiichi Junmai Ginjo is my favorite sake, with a gentle and rich sweetness of rice. Brewed only with Yumesansui, it has a clear taste like a Burgundy wine.
