On our Golden Week car trip, we visited Tanaka Sake Brewery, which brews dry Japanese sake in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture.
I had been looking forward to visiting this brewery after seeing Seiji Rokkaku's drinking iron. ✌️
It was fun to hear about the story behind the filming 😂.
Fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of 🍎👌.
Slightly sweet at first, then wonderfully crisp and dry!

The aroma is sweet and gorgeous.
The palate is well-balanced with light, soft sweetness, acidity, and spiciness. The aftertaste is slightly sweet from the rice, but it does not linger.

It is served lukewarm with motsu-ni. Motsu-ni is one of my favorite dishes.
I remember the taste of Nohaka that I used to drink when my wife's parents' house, where no one lives now, was lively. I remember it fondly.
