At a local sake party❗
The third bottle was a Doragon sake 🍶Kocon hasn't had one in a year 🤔.
It's a modern and stylish sake with a hint of citrus, typical Sawaya-Matsumoto 😋.
It went great with yellowtail shabu shabu. 🐟️
☆☆☆☆☆
A refreshing sake that is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
The sweetness comes out from behind the cleanness, and the aftertaste is a sweet aftertaste.
Delicious!

Sawaya-Matsumoto Moribashi-Aizan VINTAGE2015
I had high expectations for this wine, but...
I was expecting a bitterness and pungency because of the aging process, and I didn't feel the beautiful sweetness of Aizan 😢.
I didn't really like this one 😅.
I thought maybe it was because I have a sweet tooth... but all the off-line meeting members had the same impression 🤣.
Light, dry, refreshing sake.
The base is light and round, with little alcohol egomaniac. The sweetness is stronger than the aroma.
Aroma: Aroma with a bluish tinge.
The sweetness comes first, but there is also a slight astringency.
There are various types of Moriboshi, but this one has a different taste system compared to the other Moriboshi. Perhaps because there is less alcohol, the sweetness is felt a little stronger.
I also feel a certain amount of astringency, so the yeast may be different.
It is light and a little sweet, so is it suitable for beginners?
It is a refreshing sake with a moderate citrusy aroma, a juicy flavor, and a pleasant acidity that gently accompanies food.
Accompanied by grilled prawns with salt
Drinking at home
The bottle was opened easily without any movement even though the cork was loosened with care 🤣.
The aroma is subdued with a subtle ginjo aroma.
The taste is light, with a light base and a good accent of sweetness and acidity.
I wanted to feel a little more of the gasiness that is a characteristic of Moriboshi.
Is this a difference of the lot? 🤔
Therefore, the overall impression was a little different from the image of Oumachi, and it was very refreshing.
