Immediately after the bottle was opened, the impression was weak, with a hint of acidity but not much else. Three days later, however, the aroma and a hint of sweetness were noticeable in the nose, and it became a nice, mild, modern-style sake. It is difficult to warm up, and if it is too hot, the acidity will be too much and the goodness will disappear even if the temperature is low. Best served cold.

Sawaya-Matsumoto Moribashiri Yamadanishiki Light Nigori Nama-Shu 720ml
The moment it enters the mouth, the crackling of activity and spiciness spreads, and as the temperature rises, the aroma of rice, sweetness, and finally a mellow aroma like banana spread out, a wonderful sake.
The top-tasting aroma is fruity and fresh, like green apple🍏. The first is the top clear .... Sweetness mixed with fresh aroma and astringency. The slight effervescence gives it a nice mouthfeel 😋😋😋 with just the right amount of bitterness, weak sweetness, and astringency 👍When the lees are mixed well, it adds a crisp, full flavor that is not too unpleasant. Not too sweet, but the astringency works well and leaves a nice aftertaste. 😆As for the entrée, mackerel with heshiko. The second day, there is no fizz and the sweetness is more noticeable. The first day is 👍
Sawaya Matsumoto by Matsumoto Shuzo, a famous brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto.
First of all, I'm attracted by the label design✨.
And it's Yamadanishiki from Tojo district! I can't help but buy it.
The acidity and bitterness are not too strong and disappear as soon as you swallow.
It is an elegant yet deeply flavored sake!
Too good!
