Lingering] Full umami and slightly soft acidity, ending with a light bitterness.
Impression] A mellow, umami type.
It has a rich, round taste typical of Omachi. The acidity is soft, the fruity aroma is mild, and the sweetness and umami derived from the rice is the main flavor. While it is made in a minimalistic and modern style that is typical of Moriboshi, it expresses the foundation of Omachi, which is different from that of Gohyakumangoku and others. It is also a strong choice as a mid-meal sake.
Repeat Score] 2.0
First purchase with not high specs but low price. I should have looked at the other comments, but it is not good cold. The aroma is rich and alcoholic, like soy sauce, and it is best served hot. Not for summer.

Sweet and acid. Sourness. A little berry. Matsumoto is also active. The acidity is good! Good gas. Much lighter. 87 points.

Aroma of banana and apricot. Pineapple-like aroma.
Keep the temperature below 10 degrees Celsius.
Delicious. It has a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. The texture is smooth and it goes in easily, but it also has a solid volume. It didn't feel right when I first opened it, but has it gotten better? Is it my physical condition? Anyway, it is delicious.
I heated it up.
It's not bad either. It's rather tasty. It has a loose backbone that cold sake has, but it's much better than most of the other sake around.
Naturally, cold sake is better. And it tastes good. The alcohol content is different, but if it has this nuance, it can compete with a little wine, can't it? It's good.
This is a famous sake from Fushimi, Sawaya Matsumoto's Moriwari. This area has soft water and seems to be the area that was called "Fushimi no Onnazake" (women's sake of Fushimi) for a long time.
The taste is quite refreshing, with a slight sourness like grapefruit. Not too sweet, but very tasty. Perhaps because it was just opened, it was a little tangy. I think it has a little rice flavor.
The low sweetness and citrusy flavor makes it easy to pair with meals. It can be used with everything from sashimi to fried food.
