It has a soft mouthfeel that does not make you feel the 18% alcohol content.

This is the first time I have had Tsuyahime sake! It is sweet and refreshing! The alcohol content is 15%, which is normally high, but you can drink as much as you want! It's like a sweet white wine with no acidity! Yummmm!
