I was curious about the sake 🌊 that the King of Noodles and Sake served to me. 🌾Kitashizuku/Polished 50 Mellow texture Rich, mellow, sweet taste with minerality I remember it was refreshing thanks to the Hashira shochu... As I was talking with the staff, I started to see some sake that wasn't on the menu. LOL! Thank you for the food 😋.

Comet / Polishing 50 Fruity aroma, sweet and refreshing! This one is also delicious ❗️ It is said to be handmade in the traditional way, but it seems to have a modern feel due to the toji's youth. It seems to be easy to match with everyday meals. The next day, I visited Tanaka Sake Brewery and was told that among the three types of rice suitable for sake brewing in Hokkaido, Comet has the lowest protein content. Comet is also my favorite 🥰.

First Sanzenzakura ❣️ A brand rarely seen in Kyushu KITASHIZUKU / Polishing 55 Gorgeous aroma Sweet and fruity 😋. Beautiful, well-balanced and delicious ❗️ I couldn't drink enough sake, so I went back to the bar. Kamada" only sells Hokkaido's local sake. There are specialty whiskies, kelp shochu and milk shochu, and the staff and regulars are very unique 😂🩷. It's a fun place!

Hello, Chidori-san😄 I tasted this one at the Tsuruya product exhibition. I tasted 4 kinds of Jun Dai Aizan, Comet and Junmai sake, Aizan was by far the best (although I didn't change it because it was too expensive 😅).

We went to a restaurant run by a master of sake who is a celebrity in the Sapporo sake community. The master wasn't there, but the young manager of Sake Takumi recommended this drink. A sharp sake with a fruity taste. I ordered this, and here it is. The clear, clean and smooth feeling reflected in the glass. The aroma is modest but elegant. The mouthfeel is just as I imagined! It is clear and refreshing with a hint of fruitiness and acidity. After that the umami comes and it is crisp and sharp. It is one of the most mellow Sanzen Sakura. It is moderately fruity and easy to drink. But it is firm and does not lose to a meal. The appetizer is the tempura of the squid. It is a perfect match with the savory and battery-powered ate. After washing off the fat, it's time for another drink. Endless! It's delicious. That's the manager!
