It looks like a thick, rich nigori.
It smells like foamed rice.
It's a thick rice juice! (Umai!
It is a royal road doburoku type.
It has sweetness, umami, and the bitterness of alcohol.
It smells a little like rum raisins in the back of the nose.
It's a big bang, but it goes smoothly down your throat, so you want to gobble it down.
It is honestly my favorite.

Light turbidity, slight effervescence (subtle)
The ginjo aroma is to my liking, with a sense of softness. Sweetness and indescribable umami.

It seems like just the year before last...maybe it's my age, but it seems to be accelerating... 😓.
By the way, yesterday's Uguisu...as usual, it disappeared before the second day, so I'll get back on track...lol
I opened a bottle of Umeko, which I bought the label for 🍶.
The aroma is slightly fruity 😆.
And then... from the first sip, it has a strong sweetness and umami, with a little bit of the pithiness of nama-zake at the end 🥰.
The bitterness is only slightly perceptible, and the taste is generally gentle. It is quite delicious 😋.
I think "like a tropical juice" on the back label is not wrong 😊.
It's more for before and after dinner than as a food drink 👌.

CEL24, known as Kameizumi.
This is a Takagi sake brewed with the new yeast L.CEL24.
And since it is a Concept Workers Slection and the other CWS sakes were also delicious, we have high expectations for this one.

It has a great sweetness, but it's not too strong, so it's easy to understand and you can't help but gulp it down. I'm sure Umeko will be keeping this a secret.
I was gulping it down when I noticed that the inside of the glass was cloudy towards the end...
I forgot that it was a bit cloudy, so I only drank the top clear part of the glass!
I love the clarity of the supernatant 😘.
