The second Ise souvenir from my senpai.
Refreshing aroma, bitterness, and a hint of sweetness.
Thanks to this, I was able to finish the observation. Thank you very much.
It is an easy-drinking sake with a clear sense of rice.
You deliver this sake to the Ise Jingu Shrine, don't you?
I'm going to drink it to purify my body.
Visiting Ise with my wife's parents!
(We just went there last October 😅)
Geku shrine → Sarutahiko shrine → lunch at Ise Kaku Uchingu restaurant → around the inner shrine and back to the inn for my parents and to Ise Man for myself and my wife 😁.
This time, due to the space in our fridge (and budget), we only tasted the raw sake!
It was refreshing and delicious 😋😋😋.
Kami no Ho, is the name of sake rice. It is made in Mie Prefecture and seems to be rather limited to the region. The taste was milder than that of nama-shu, but full-flavored. It was a delicious sake.
We had a drink at Ise Jingu Shrine and Okage Yokocho.
Okagesama Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake
Alcohol content: 18
Ingredients : Rice, rice malt (all rice is domestically produced), brewers' alcohol
Rice polishing ratio:50
It tastes deliciously crisp and lychee-like, as is typical of nama-shu. It has a good acidity and a pleasant alcoholic taste. I personally like it very much.
It tastes similar to the Watanabe Sake Brewery Hidahomare Sake Rice Growing Study Group.
Okagedasama Junmai Ginjo Kaminoho
Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice:100% Kami no Ho produced in Mie Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio:50
Light taste, tastes like white wine, and has a moderate astringent aftertaste.
It says "ginjo" but the rice polishing ratio is 50%, daiginjo specs.
It's a little refreshing, but sweet and quite fruity.
I bought it without tasting it because I was satisfied with the freshly squeezed raw sake, but I'm glad it was better than I expected 😋.
The second half of the bottle is quite alcoholic 🤔.
The aroma on the nose is like a pineapple!
After visiting Ise Jingu Shrine and Okage Yokocho, I wanted to take the rapid Mie train, so I changed to the JR line at Ise-shi, but I had to go out of the ticket gate and buy another ticket because the IC card is not supported even though the ticket gates are the same 💦.
The announcement said that this is not a Kintetsu line and IC cards are not accepted 🤔.
Good evening, bouken.
Thank you for enjoying our Mie sake😊.
It is a popular sake. 👍
It's a bit high in alcohol content, though.
JR is not available after Yokkaichi station, so I am going to Ise-Shima by Kintetsu.
Hi Hi Ace ☀☀☀
I'm not surprised this sake is so popular 😋.
The JR line is via the Ise Railway, which may be a bit complicated 💦.
Kintetsu is convenient because it has a relatively large number of trains 👍.
⭐︎
We went to Isehiro-san in OHARAIMACHI for our annual visit to Ise and had a glass of Okagedama Nama sake.
This is also a regular event.
It's cheap and tasty. It's a steel plate.
I came to the Inner Shrine of Ise Jingu, which I had wanted to visit for a long time!
I already visited the Outer Shrine in 2011.
At that time, I didn't know it was divided into Outer and Inner shrine, and I thought it was a lonely place with no Akafuku 😅.
I guess the Inner Shrine with its approach is the main one.
We had a drink at Iseman in Okageyokocho.
Fresh and sweet, but with a strong alcohol taste in the second half!
I thought it would taste more classic, but it was sweet and easy to drink.
I know it's just my imagination, but I wonder if the sacred tarekuchi tastes like this too?
It seems to be a sake that can only be purchased by reservation.
January 3rd seems to be the busiest day, so I thought I got the timing wrong💦.
Hi, bouken! I'm glad you are feeling better ✨I've always wanted to go to the Inner Shrine ⛩️🎍✨! You're off to a good start with sake from Ise's only sake brewery 😊.
Hello.
This was my first visit to Ise since I started drinking sake the year before last.
It's a good place to drink.
I had an old green regular sake, which was also a good sake!
Hi Hirupeko!
I was feeling well enough to go, so I went out for the first time this year 😁I wanted to see other stores in Okage Yokocho, but it was so crowded that I left early💦.
Shinjou-san Hello ☀.
I found a liquor store that does corner drinking, so I'd like to revisit when it's open 🤔.
I was curious about the old green, but I was satisfied with half a bottle of raw sake 😅
Good morning, bouken 🐥.
That's nice! Okage Yokocho🎶The matching boar cups are cute too ❣️ I always only see sake in bottles, seeing it in a straw barrel raises it 😆.
I've never come across exactly the right amount of people here 😂.
Pon-chan Hello ☔️
There were many barrels of sake from breweries other than Mie lined up around the area where they sell the money 😁.
I realized that it's not a good idea to go to a tourist place on New Year's Day 💦.
The limited express train was full and it took 6 hours to get there and back 😹.
bou here too 👋
I'm actually going for the first time in a few years this week, so I'm going to make sure I drink this one 😇☝️
More classic ...... sweet ......" Hoho! This is interesting!
My impression from a few years ago is the exact opposite!
I'm seriously looking forward to it❤
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 🌆.
Oh! Isegyo-kun, right 😁.
The first sip was very sweet and fresh, but gradually I felt a strong alcohol taste 😅 hard to evaluate 🤔.
Yes, that's it!
I was pretty much like, "Punch is so spicy!" That was my impression before.
I see what you mean... "sweet freshness" in the attack! Enjoy this one😇✌️
