It says "ginjo" but the rice polishing ratio is 50%, daiginjo specs.
It's a little refreshing, but sweet and quite fruity.
I bought it without tasting it because I was satisfied with the freshly squeezed raw sake, but I'm glad it was better than I expected 😋.
The second half of the bottle is quite alcoholic 🤔.
The aroma on the nose is like a pineapple!
After visiting Ise Jingu Shrine and Okage Yokocho, I wanted to take the rapid Mie train, so I changed to the JR line at Ise-shi, but I had to go out of the ticket gate and buy another ticket because the IC card is not supported even though the ticket gates are the same 💦.
The announcement said that this is not a Kintetsu line and IC cards are not accepted 🤔.

Good evening, bouken.
Thank you for enjoying our Mie sake😊.
It is a popular sake. 👍
It's a bit high in alcohol content, though.
JR is not available after Yokkaichi station, so I am going to Ise-Shima by Kintetsu.
