I bought it because it was opened at Abeno Kintetsu. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but I decided on "konparu". I checked the manufacturer's website, and it seems that "Kinparu" is not on the mail order list. However, it appears to be on the Kintetsu store's photo every year and on Rakuten's list in the past, so I guess it is not uncommon for those who know about it. Now, one of my personal memories of Tokushima is the indigo dyeing experience, and this sake is from a place not too far from the indigo dyeing village. I enjoyed this sake while remembering my indigo dyeing experience. The sake was strong, yet easy to drink, and I tried to save myself from drinking too much. It reminded me of the Yoshinogawa River. Now... This is a sausage that my family prepared for me by chance. It was made in the town on the south side of the Yoshino River across from this brewery, and it turned out to be an evening in Tokushima. There are so many coincidences, and so much fun to be had. I am not sure if I am conveying my feelings, but I hope you will enjoy the evening.

Gyotaikoo Awa Tensui Alcohol content: 15%. Polishing ratio 55 Tokushima sake. A set of sake drinking comparison set with "Kodou" is sold at a souvenir shop. Fruity and delicious sake. It is so refreshing that it definitely goes well with raw fish and citrus fruits! I regretted not having prepared sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) or bosu (Japanese citrus fruit). #Arisun in the Wilderness

Hyo-taiko 己道 Junmai sake. Made in Tokushima. Alcohol content 15%. Polishing ratio 80%. Sake that is light and has the umami of water. It is similar to the junmai sake I drank in Okayama. It is light, so I think it goes with relatively anything. Especially seafood. #Arisun in the Wilderness

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.

I bought it before as a Tokushima souvenir. When I think of Tokushima, I think of "Naruto sea bream," but when I went there, there were so many different kinds of sea bream that it was hard to keep my eyes open ✨. That is also the charm of sake. When opened and poured, it has a fruity and fresh aroma like green apples 🍏. As the name "Tensui" suggests, it goes down smoothly on the palate like water, but as you taste it, the umami and sweetness of the rice gradually develop. The flavor of the rice and the sweetness of the rice gradually expand as you savor the taste. However, a tangy, pungent taste also emerges on the back of the wine to tighten up the palate, and the lingering taste quickly fades away, making the wine easy to drink. Tensui" is a word used in Tokushima to describe a person who loves Awaodori dancing! This "Awa Tensui" was also a cup that evokes the splendor of the Awa Odori dance.

Goutaikou Hatsu Shibori The way to conquer 47 prefectures! Tokushima Prefecture. Speaking of Tokushima prefecture, Miyoshikiku I was looking for it and couldn't find it. But I couldn't find it, so I decided to go to a shop. At that time, I found a sake of Tokushima prefecture at Iseya Gulliver. I found a sake from Tokushima prefecture! Rice polishing ratio, 70%. Alcohol content, 17 degrees Sweetness is there, but moderate. Sourness is also present, but moderate. Is it exactly what the back label says it is? The alcohol feeling in the aftertaste Is it a little different from the sake of today? But this alcohol feeling It goes well with nabe and sashimi😁.

Shikoku Ohenro Emaki No.18. Oshizanji Temple is Junmai Ginjo of Hyoutaikou. It is smooth, crisp and dry. A little more umami is good for me. It goes well with today's grilled pork kataroos with garlic sauce.

Good evening, Eririn-san! I don't know anything about this sake genre at all, but I'm even more interested in the third one, the Tasake Nebuta label❗️.

Haruei Chichi-san(‥ω・)ノ Koncha♪ I️ bought this series and then I️ dropped by a supermarket with a liquor store to see how it was doing and I️ found "Denshu Nebuta". A little more expensive than the regular price though😅. I went back and checked and found out.

Maa...koncha! I've been to the supermarket recently and have been checking out the one cup and 300ml bottles. I'm going to have to rely on mail order for alcohol from Okinawa and Kyushu😅. I really don't see it💦

Erin, good morning 😃. Naisho to discuss with you Maa. brothers are through 🙏. Shinshin SY is coming to Fukuoka off-line meeting next weekend, and I heard that he brought quite a few souvenirs at the Tohoku off-line meeting....
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチ
Some members in Fukuoka have suggested that we have a clear accounting system, so that people who come from far away pay the same amount, and there are no souvenirs, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea...💦. We haven't even set the membership fee even from the time of the announcement.
Japanese>English

I would like to know how you collected dues and souvenirs from Shinshin SY at the Tohoku Off-line Meeting... Thank you in advance 🤲.

Haruei Chichi-san (...omega...no...no...) Concha♪ I'm sorry to hear about the off-line meeting. I tried to tell you what I was thinking on line in Morioka and tried to do without souvenirs, but I had already prepared them 💦.
Japanese>English
えりりん
The fee for the drinking party is divided equally among the members. I heard that he often comes to Morioka on business trips, and I thought that if I made it cheaper for him to come from far away for more drinks, it would make it harder for local members to participate because of the heavy burden on them.
Japanese>English
えりりん
I couldn't make it last time about the souvenirs, but I'll do it next time. I think it would be better if we could just get together and have a good time drinking 🍶I think it would be easier to participate and more members would join if there is less burden on us 😊. I told him that I think it would be easier for him to participate if it was less of a burden.
Japanese>English
えりりん
I've already talked to Ranchan about the souvenirs, so we've agreed to be flexible and prepare them for birthdays and events, but not for normal occasions 😁.
Japanese>English
えりりん
I think it will be hard to prepare only souvenirs since there are many participants at the Kyushu Off-line Meeting, so I think it's okay if some people prepare them and some don't 😄. I'm a person who doesn't get grumpy without 🎁😊.
Japanese>English
えりりん
I think it's a souvenir to say thank you for having an offline meeting at the right time for me to drop by, so I think it's okay if I just tell the people attending that I appreciate it and then we can have a nice drink 😊.

For example Collect about 500 yen each from people other than Shin-san and buy a souvenir. It's a feeling from everyone. I think they will be happy to receive it 😊.
