The name of the sake rice is a cool word. The taste has a long aftertaste, although I would prefer it to be a bit more full. The astringency is pleasant, especially as you drink more. I think drinking it in the daytime might be just right! I tried it because a trusted friend told me that Kudoki-no-Ue is a sure bet.

It was a well-defined sake. Not heavy, not too strong. It was beautiful but good looking with broad shoulders.... (Subjective) Katsuyama-san's sake comparison was a happy and enjoyable experience that made even a beginner feel like he understood the characteristics of the sake! I can't wait to drink it again!

Delicious! I loved this drink! On the back label The label on the back of the bottle reads, "Sake that has a full and honest taste of rice with a clear mouthfeel. The other day, I had another sake from Gokeijo, which was also delicious, but I forgot to record it.

Very delicious!!! Gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma. Sweetness spreads in the mouth. It is a light sake with a sweet taste on the palate and a smooth finish when swallowed. It is the first junmai daiginjo made from Miyagi Prefecture's sake rice, Kura-no-hana, to win a gold medal at the National New Sake Competition. It has a good aroma and taste, light and elegant. A sake that you won't regret a single millimeter of drinking!

A sharp and dry special honjozo. I can picture the faces of many of my friends who might like this sake! For my personal taste, I like the soft euphoria of sake, so right after opening the bottle, the crispness felt cataclysmic, but after a little time, it opened up nicely. It was delicious when I paired it with a can of tomato-flavored mackerel that I happened to be eating, and it spazzed me out. Every day is new and wonderful.

It tastes much better with sausages and other foods with a strong flavor than by itself. When I drank it by itself, it seemed bitter, but was it too hard? When served with chicken stewed in tomatoes, the bitterness disappears completely. When served with a strong-flavored meal, you can't help but drink more and more. I heard it tastes good with tare tsukune and shichimi mayo. I really like the seal design on the cap of this bottle. I feel the spirit of service or wish as a luxury item. The front label is a denim design, which seems to be popular. This brewery's website is so beautiful, and they have so many other fashionable sakes!!!
