Thanks for your hard work, everyone!
Souvenirs from Yurakucho (1)
Tokushima "Hisagotaikou" Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) 🍶.
Tokushima's famous sweets "Saoshika" 🦌.
I wanted to match Japanese sweets with sake... â
I was attracted by the name and 80% polished rice of "Kodou".
I bought "Saoshika" because it arrived on Saturday and I felt a connection with it.
The aroma was like ripe bananas!
The taste is rich with a complex combination of acidity and graininess, as some of the malted rice is white!
The pattern is like Bambi!
Awa wasanbon sugar and azuki beans give this steamed confectionery a gentle sweetness.
It is chewier than sponge cake due to the inclusion of yams!
I enjoyed the contrast between the rich sake and the gentle wagashi ✨.
A bonus!
I thought this sake would go well with mackerel simmered in miso, so I cracked open the can! It supported the mackerel flavor beautifully 😋.

I have been to Shikoku only once on a graduation trip (traveling alone).
I took a boat from Wakayama to Tokushima, then went to Kochi, Ehime, and Kagawa on a Seishun 18 ticket 🚃.
My memory of Tokushima is the Bizan ropeway in the rain 😊I would go to the sake brewery now 😁. 阿佐波Good morning, Aaru Sake! I am so moved by your Tokushima episode from this morning😍When we have a little Oga at home, my kids are so excited to have a guest. I have a memory of my grandfather's Hyoho Taikoo. If you come to Tokushima, be sure to visit Matsuura Sake Brewery for Naruto sea bream ❣️. あーる酒Hi Asanami!
Wow, I'm so relieved to hear your memories of Little Oga😊🦌🦌I just noticed the love for your hometown in your name, Asanami-san!
I was torn between a pop bottle of Naruto sea bream and a bottle of Hyoutaiko, which I had never had 🥰🥰. BEATI love drinking alcohol with sweets. 😆👍I don't get a chance to visit Tokushima from Ehime. I'll look for it when I get there ✨ あーる酒Good evening, BEAT 🌙
BEAT's post was the reason I wanted to try combining sweet and alcoholic drinks 😀.
I bought a half pole 🦌 and I was goofing on counting by the pole 😆💕. mamikoGood morning, Mr. Aaru Sake!
The names of both sake and wagashi are difficult to read 〰︎😃 but I like the way they seem to fit together lol.
I like the combination of sweets & sake too 😆♪ あーる酒Hi mamiko ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I couldn't read 己道🍶 nor 小男鹿🦌 😅 It's fun to try to combine alcohol with sweets ♫ 阿佐波Hometown Sake Series🍶.
Yurakucho Kotsu Kaikan
is a local sake paradise 💕.
Tokushima, along with Kagawa, is the Tomoni Market ^_^.
We are doing our best in this cute (pronounced "kai-ish" in the Awa dialect) space.
We are doing our best!
Naruto sea bream
We are proud of our local sake, which we can confidently recommend to anyone.
We are proud of our local sake.
Especially for the fruity and juicy people.
We hope you will add it to your regular sake lineup ❗️.
We want it to go well with fusion Japanese food and
I want you to match it with fusion Japanese food, oil and cream western food 😊.
I'm sure it's more than a white wine ❗️.
Tomoni Market at Yurakucho Kotsu Kaikan, next door to Akita Kan👹.
Please stop by on your way home from getting mansaku flowers 🌀 ヒラッチョGood evening, Asanami 😊.
I understand the dense antenna store at Yurakucho Kotsu Kaikan, Jizake Paradise❗️.
Antenna stores in nearby Kochi and Yamagata.
I know about the antenna shops in Kochi and Yamagata in the suburbs, as well as Imadeya and Vinos Yamasaki in Ginza Six.
阿佐波Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio 🌇.
Thank you for your comment 😊.
Looking at it this way
Ginza Sake Parlor tour 🍶 sounds like a lot of fun 🌈
I'm really interested in the Vinos Yamasaki tasting bar! I'll be there! mamikoHello, Asanami-san!
I see you are next door to my hometown Akita~! (๑˃˃˃)
I haven't been to the antenna store for a while, so I want to go there for the first time in a while. 阿佐波Hi mamiko! Thank you very much 😊I see you are from a sake brewery😄The sake shelf at the Akita store was very well stocked! I bought some iburi-gakko (pickled squid) 😋It's so delicious 🐟 Please stop by Shikoku too 🐟. Kumakichi🌸Celebrate 🌸the conquest of the 47 prefectures!
I started Sake-no-wa at the end of 2020, and in a little over a year, I've checked in 300 times, and this time I've conquered all the prefectures!
The last one is a one-cup of Gotenzakura doburoku from Tokushima Prefecture.
Tokushima's sake is rarely seen in Tokyo, so I got it at an antenna store in Ginza, and it was a cup of doburoku.
The low-alcoholic doburoku, which still had the shape of rice, had a sweet taste of rice in the aroma and mouthfeel, but it was a bottle with a clean and crisp taste!
Rice polishing ratio: Undisclosed
Alcohol content: 12%.
えりりんkumakichi, congrats on your decision!
Congratulations on winning the national championship ㊗️🎉.
It's not easy 💦.
I'll try my best to conquer the country without getting popped 😁. ハリーKumakichi, congratulations 🎉㊗️ for winning the national championship 😊, you were fast at the end 😀, I'm one step closer myself, I'll get there eventually 😊. KumakichiErin, good evening! It was a good experience for me, although my favorite sake is not available all over the country, so it was not a good fit. I relied on the antenna store, but I would like to continue to enjoy sake from all over the country. KumakichiHarry Sakeboy Good evening! I think I enjoyed the excellent sake from all over the country, although I had to resort to the antenna store at the end of the day for one color. I will continue to refer to your post for sake recommendations. マナチーCongratulations Kumakichi on winning the national championship ㊗️.
Especially Okinawa and Miyazaki are tough 😭
I'm having trouble filling Miyazaki 🤣.
Let's keep drinking lots of good sake 😆. KumakichiHello, Manachie! Thank you for your message. I couldn't quite fill Miyazaki and Tokushima, so I came to the antenna stores in Shinjuku and Ginza. If I could, I would have visited a local izakaya if it was nearby. あやI bought it at an antenna shop in Tokushima.
It was not so sweet as I was worried.
But it's not my favorite. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
