I hadn't had Tokushima sake yet, so I bought some at an antenna store in Yurakucho when I went to Ginza last week 😀. It's safe to say that the first time you drink a brand you've never tried before, you can try it out in a single bottle 😁. The aroma is subtle but apple ✨. It has a refreshing taste. The gentle sweetness is followed by a full flavor! The acidity is refreshing and delicious 😍. I would drink this sake again if I could find it 😊.

Good morning, ichiro18 😃. Congratulations on your first Tokushima sake ㊗️ 🎉Our first Tokushima was also Naruto sea bream in a single bottle 🤗. Then we only had one more bottle 😅Tokushima sake is not so common 🥲.

Hi Jay & Nobby😃. Thank you 😊 I've found a store that specializes in single-batch bottles, so I'll be looking for some more. I found a store that specializes in one-bottle bottles, so I'll look around next time 😅I certainly don't see them in Tokushima, even though they're delicious!

Today is Labor Thanksgiving Day. Thanks for your hard work, everyone! Souvenirs from Yurakucho (1) Tokushima "Hisagotaikou" Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) 🍶. Tokushima's famous sweets "Saoshika" 🦌. I wanted to match Japanese sweets with sake... â I was attracted by the name and 80% polished rice of "Kodou". I bought "Saoshika" because it arrived on Saturday and I felt a connection with it. The aroma was like ripe bananas! The taste is rich with a complex combination of acidity and graininess, as some of the malted rice is white! The pattern is like Bambi! Awa wasanbon sugar and azuki beans give this steamed confectionery a gentle sweetness. It is chewier than sponge cake due to the inclusion of yams! I enjoyed the contrast between the rich sake and the gentle wagashi ✨. A bonus! I thought this sake would go well with mackerel simmered in miso, so I cracked open the can! It supported the mackerel flavor beautifully 😋. ----------------- I have been to Shikoku only once on a graduation trip (traveling alone). I took a boat from Wakayama to Tokushima, then went to Kochi, Ehime, and Kagawa on a Seishun 18 ticket 🚃. My memory of Tokushima is the Bizan ropeway in the rain 😊I would go to the sake brewery now 😁.

Good morning, Aaru Sake! I am so moved by your Tokushima episode from this morning😍When we have a little Oga at home, my kids are so excited to have a guest. I have a memory of my grandfather's Hyoho Taikoo. If you come to Tokushima, be sure to visit Matsuura Sake Brewery for Naruto sea bream ❣️.

Hi Asanami! Wow, I'm so relieved to hear your memories of Little Oga😊🦌🦌I just noticed the love for your hometown in your name, Asanami-san! I was torn between a pop bottle of Naruto sea bream and a bottle of Hyoutaiko, which I had never had 🥰🥰.

We left Shimbashi where Ehime Pavilion was located and walked to Yurakucho area where many antenna stores are clustered. On the way there, I found the Okinawa Pavilion and went inside for Reimei. I asked the guy at the store, "Do you have any sake?" I asked the shopkeeper, "Do you have any Sake? I went down to the basement in search of a small bottle, but what I found was a bottle of sake as shown in the second picture. I gave up this time because I thought it would be too hard to find... Well, if fate has a plan, we will meet again. After that, we moved to the Osaka Pavilion, which for some reason was not filled, but there was only one bottle of sake whose name we did not know, so we did not go through there either, thinking that we would encounter it someday in Osaka. Finally, we moved on to the Tokushima/Kagawa Tomoni Market. I thought that Tokushima might be Miyoshigiku, but they did not sell it, so I got Naruto Tai, which was my second choice👍. It is 100% Tokushima rice. I was told that this one is best served cold, so I had it in a glass (I looked it up on the internet beforehand because of the Ishizuchi thing). It has a sweet aroma, but it has a sourness that is clean and elegant 😊.

That was my tour of Tokyo antenna stores. My legs were tired from walking on the asphalt in the city, so I took the Shinkansen back home. The bullet train was so fast and easy!

Now there are only three prefectures left to conquer: Okinawa, Osaka, and Tottori. I think I can get to Osaka with Akishika and Tottori with Chiyomusubi or Hiokizakura, but I wonder if I am destined to meet Okinawa... The End

Hometown Sake Series🍶. Yurakucho Kotsu Kaikan is a local sake paradise 💕. Tokushima, along with Kagawa, is the Tomoni Market ^_^. We are doing our best in this cute (pronounced "kai-ish" in the Awa dialect) space. We are doing our best! Naruto sea bream We are proud of our local sake, which we can confidently recommend to anyone. We are proud of our local sake. Especially for the fruity and juicy people. We hope you will add it to your regular sake lineup ❗️. We want it to go well with fusion Japanese food and I want you to match it with fusion Japanese food, oil and cream western food 😊. I'm sure it's more than a white wine ❗️. Tomoni Market at Yurakucho Kotsu Kaikan, next door to Akita Kan👹. Please stop by on your way home from getting mansaku flowers 🌀

🌸Celebrate 🌸the conquest of the 47 prefectures! I started Sake-no-wa at the end of 2020, and in a little over a year, I've checked in 300 times, and this time I've conquered all the prefectures! The last one is a one-cup of Gotenzakura doburoku from Tokushima Prefecture. Tokushima's sake is rarely seen in Tokyo, so I got it at an antenna store in Ginza, and it was a cup of doburoku. The low-alcoholic doburoku, which still had the shape of rice, had a sweet taste of rice in the aroma and mouthfeel, but it was a bottle with a clean and crisp taste! Rice polishing ratio: Undisclosed Alcohol content: 12%.
