We had it as a food wine. 180ml
Alcohol content 15
Polishing ratio 60
It has a sweet taste with an immediately refreshing bitterness. But the sharpness was good.
The aperitif was a gift from my daughter.
I enjoy the beautiful taste by itself first 😆.

It is a sake characterized by a full-bodied taste derived from the raw rice and a fresh aroma unique to new sake made with new rice.
It has a clean and refreshing taste with a fluffy aroma at the back of the nose
The fullness that flows smoothly into the bottom of the stomach is delicious.
The freshness of this junmai sake can be felt
The depth of flavor is not the only thing that makes a sake delicious!
It was a sake that made me think
I bought this floral pattern for my wife as a gift for White Day.
However, I drank it by myself.
This is a ginjo-shu made from 55% polished rice from Tokushima Prefecture's own sake brewing yeast, "LED Yume Yeast".
The aroma is very fruity.
The aroma is very fruity and banana-like.

Tokushima Prefecture Nissin Sake Brewery Company's "Hyotaiko" booth.
I was curious about the LED dream yeast.
This is a high-tech technology that uses UV-LEDs to select yeast with good aroma and taste.
Hatsu Shibori Junmai Genshu Hyotaikoh LED Yume Yeast
Hatsushibori Junmai Junmai Sake
I don't really remember the taste 💦 even though it was explained to me.
I think it had a nice aroma😅.
Dry taste that goes well with chicken on the bone. It washes away the oil from the chicken. A quick sip with a cup of sake will reset your palate from the strong flavors of tsukune, kawa, liver, etc., and you will be ready for the next dish. You will be ready for the next dish in a flat state.
Today is Labor Thanksgiving Day.
Thanks for your hard work, everyone!
Souvenirs from Yurakucho (1)
Tokushima "Hisagotaikou" Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) 🍶.
Tokushima's famous sweets "Saoshika" 🦌.
I wanted to match Japanese sweets with sake... â
I was attracted by the name and 80% polished rice of "Kodou".
I bought "Saoshika" because it arrived on Saturday and I felt a connection with it.
The aroma was like ripe bananas!
The taste is rich with a complex combination of acidity and graininess, as some of the malted rice is white!
The pattern is like Bambi!
Awa wasanbon sugar and azuki beans give this steamed confectionery a gentle sweetness.
It is chewier than sponge cake due to the inclusion of yams!
I enjoyed the contrast between the rich sake and the gentle wagashi ✨.
A bonus!
I thought this sake would go well with mackerel simmered in miso, so I cracked open the can! It supported the mackerel flavor beautifully 😋.

I have been to Shikoku only once on a graduation trip (traveling alone).
I took a boat from Wakayama to Tokushima, then went to Kochi, Ehime, and Kagawa on a Seishun 18 ticket 🚃.
My memory of Tokushima is the Bizan ropeway in the rain 😊I would go to the sake brewery now 😁.
Good morning, Aaru Sake! I am so moved by your Tokushima episode from this morning😍When we have a little Oga at home, my kids are so excited to have a guest. I have a memory of my grandfather's Hyoho Taikoo. If you come to Tokushima, be sure to visit Matsuura Sake Brewery for Naruto sea bream ❣️.
Hi Asanami!
Wow, I'm so relieved to hear your memories of Little Oga😊🦌🦌I just noticed the love for your hometown in your name, Asanami-san!
I was torn between a pop bottle of Naruto sea bream and a bottle of Hyoutaiko, which I had never had 🥰🥰.
Good evening, BEAT 🌙
BEAT's post was the reason I wanted to try combining sweet and alcoholic drinks 😀.
I bought a half pole 🦌 and I was goofing on counting by the pole 😆💕.
Good morning, Mr. Aaru Sake!
The names of both sake and wagashi are difficult to read 〰︎😃 but I like the way they seem to fit together lol.
I like the combination of sweets & sake too 😆♪
Drinking at home in the morning. Sake bought in Tokushima.
It uses LED dream yeast, a yeast grown using light-emitting diodes. I bought it because of the cute flower print on the stool. The taste is not so spectacular as it looks, but it has a robust flavor.
Purchased at a local liquor store. There were mellow junmai and dry junmai, and I was torn between the two, but I bought the mellow one. It is mellow and very tasty.
A sharp and dry special honjozo.
I can picture the faces of many of my friends who might like this sake!
For my personal taste, I like the soft euphoria of sake, so right after opening the bottle, the crispness felt cataclysmic, but after a little time, it opened up nicely.
It was delicious when I paired it with a can of tomato-flavored mackerel that I happened to be eating, and it spazzed me out.
Every day is new and wonderful.
